How the parts fit together.

A guide to the product model: what customers experience, what you want to change, and how you choose the next step.

Connect an AI tool

Bring goals and customer feedback together

Goals describe the result you want. Feedback shows what customers experience. Both can point to the same capability: what your product can do, such as setup, search or billing.

Use that shared context to choose what to investigate or change. After a change, return to the customer problem and check what is still unresolved.

Signals connect everything
Learning from reality informs strategy. Strategy shapes what we build.
Health drives decisions
Capability health and signals guide what we do next.

From evidence to a decision

  1. 01

    Review the problem

Read the original source. Confirm, reuse or reject the proposed finding.

  2. 02

    Understand the theme

Group related problems. Review the current learning: explanations, options and remaining uncertainty.

  3. 03

    Record the decision

Choose to explore, validate, build, fix, defer or decline. Save the rationale and the learning version you used.

  4. 04

    Follow through

Keep later work and changes connected to their reasons. A completed task does not automatically resolve the customer problem.
