Keep the speaker and source attached

Captured conversations keep their real format and connect external participants, companies, and Evidence to the right Signal. Problems can be organized into topics and hierarchies, while Initiatives distinguish direct fixes from ongoing work. Signal search and connected Problem review retain the release limits stated below.

Keep conversation context with the Signal

Customer interviews, sales calls, and messenger conversations captured through a connected client or pasted into Outcomet retain their conversation format and attribute external speakers, companies, and Evidence to the Signal.
Observations submitted by an autonomous agent can identify the connected AI client as the reporter when no client name was supplied explicitly.

These changes are deployed in the App and production worker. Conversation Analysis v3 remains separate and held while its production job-catalog reset is unfinished.

Find Signals with ordinary questions

Nova and connected clients can search Signals with German or English questions, symptoms, exact titles, identifiers, and technical terms. Existing filters remain available, and empty connected-client queries keep their deterministic list behavior.
Search makes incomplete embedding coverage and fallback visible. A ranked shortlist is not a complete inventory.
Saved Nova links can open a Signal even when it is outside the currently loaded Inbox collection. Linked Initiatives remain visible, while loading, unavailable records, and access restrictions stay explicit.
The verified production workspace reported complete embedding coverage and returned the expected Signal for an exact title and a German question. Other workspaces were not prewarmed.

The connected gateway release and broader workspace coverage were not verified for this edition.

Review Problems without losing the Evidence trail

Connected clients can read the canonical Problems linked to Evidence and inspect a Feedback item's active Problem proposals, background context, exclusions, linked Problems, and per-chunk outcomes.
Authorized connections can approve or reject a Problem proposal when Problem writes are enabled.
Proposal approval tolerates background classification changes and later screenshot text extraction without treating the review as stale or incomplete.

These connected-client changes were implemented, but their coordinated release was not verified for this edition.

Organize Problems and choose the work they need

In Signals Problems, group open and proposed Problems by Triage, Topic Cluster, Customer Job, Initiative or Hierarchy Only. Sub-problems stay under their parent, and parent Problems show their combined evidence. Move Problems into a hierarchy or merge them while carrying their linked evidence and product context to the selected target. Signals Inbox and Problems also load grouped rows progressively as you scroll.

Select Organize topics from the table or the Unclustered group to organize remaining Problems. Nexus shows progress while the task works through the workspace. Topic clusters stay aligned with Capability changes and distinguish recurring workflows without a corresponding Capability.

Use a Fast-Track for a direct Problem fix, a Routine for ongoing operational work, or an ordinary Initiative for goal-led work. Creation starts from a full-page Brief or the Problem catalog. Suggested goal directions can be confirmed directly, with Edit goal still available afterwards.

Review Capability links with Nova

Ask Nova to link or unlink Capabilities on an Initiative, or remove a Capability link from a Strategic Opportunity. Each change asks for confirmation. When Nova inspects an Initiative, it can also see the linked Capabilities and their maturity.

Initiative suggestions focus on specific Capabilities rather than broad containers. Only high-confidence suggestions are selected by default, and you can review other matches yourself. Change exploration uses the workspace's own Capability hierarchy and preserves explicit Capability references in the pull request.

Keep interview evidence and contact context

Problem interviews without a screen-share demo retain their extracted Evidence. Product practitioners at lower-fit prospect companies remain Prospects rather than being classified as non-target peers. Contact and Company details bring role, Voice relationship, buying role and ICP fit into an editable Summary, with detail sections remembering their open or collapsed state.

Finish HubSpot setup

Authorized Outcomet workspaces can connect their own HubSpot account and see the selected portal before import. The app remains unlisted and limited to 25 installs. After authorization, choose a Deal pipeline and select Save & Sync HubSpot to start the first import. This setup release does not announce the separately held communications-ingestion work.
