Campaign Management
In this edition
Campaign Management
- Added full campaign lifecycle controls to archive, restore, and permanently delete campaigns, with clear active vs. archived views for easier day-to-day organization.
- Improved campaign creation and planning with better goal preservation, new goal presets, and the ability to edit pipeline stages or re-sync playbook guidance after a campaign is already running.
- Strengthened playbook and touchpoint workflows with instant save behavior, safer cadence defaults, and more flexible outreach logging for messages, connection activity, emails, and responses.
Campaign Workspace Experience
- Modernized the Campaigns page with a cleaner full-height layout, pinned headers and filters, and independent scrolling so key actions stay visible while you work.
- Enhanced the member detail panel with a full-height desktop view, resizable layout, collapsible sections, and quicker access to logging new touchpoints.
- Improved member tracking accuracy so touch counts and engagement history reflect each individual member correctly, even across shared company records.
- Added clearer guidance for touchpoint and engagement fields, including optional URL handling where appropriate and support for back-dating touchpoints with easier date shortcuts.
Visual Consistency Across Surfaces
- Standardized the look and feel of table, list, board, and graph surfaces with refreshed canvas styling that creates clearer separation between everyday workspaces and interactive visualizations.
- Fixed surface styling so page-level visual controls apply consistently within their intended areas without affecting other product views.
Opportunity Linking
- Fixed issues that could prevent Initiatives from linking and unlinking to Strategic Opportunities reliably.
Agent Chat
- Ask an agent to find an Initiative, inspect its workspace, or prepare changes to the Initiative and its linked Problems or Strategic Opportunity. Changes require confirmation.
- Agents can read Strategy and Discovery context and prepare changes to pillars, opportunities, bets, hypotheses and experiments, with confirmation before those changes are applied.
Connected AI Clients
- On MCP deployments with Problem and Initiative context enabled, connected clients can search Problems by severity, status, Initiative and text, then inspect their evidence and related decisions.
- Canonical Initiative tools replace the legacy Theme tools and include linked opportunity and pillar context. Clients using the old Theme tool names must update. Problem and Initiative context are disabled by default and must be enabled for the deployment.
Campaign Pipeline Editing
- Saving pipeline stages and moving their members is handled as one change, so a failed save does not leave only part of the update applied. Implemented; end-to-end production release not verified.
- Renaming a stage preserves members' original entry dates for time-in-stage reporting. Members moved from a deleted stage to a fallback stage start a new entry date. Implemented; end-to-end production release not verified.
- Deleting a stage after renaming it in the same editing session still checks its existing members before asking for confirmation. Implemented; end-to-end production release not verified.
