Unified and standardized the Configure experience for signals: open the Configure Signals modal from the overflow menu, choose and reorder visible signal cards, apply shared Signal Style settings, and use consistent number-key and keyboard navigation across core modules.

Added in-line Comments on individual feedback items and themes with a collapsible comments drawer positioned above the metadata panel for focused discussion.
Introduced a robust Rich Text Editor for comments (markdown preview, raw mode, and keyboard shortcuts) including native support for pasting and editing tables copied from spreadsheets or other apps.
Cleaned up the editor layout for a minimal writing experience and enabled AI assistants to access comment threads when summarizing or exploring feedback.

Consolidated planning controls into a single vertical control bar and surfaced keyboard shortcut help directly inside all Feedback graph views for faster navigation.
Launched a dynamic layout mode and expanded spacing defaults to prevent overlap and make theme cards easier to read; increased per-column active horizon limits to reduce vertical label collisions.
Improved layout persistence so only manually moved or customized themes are locked while others remain dynamic, and provided a reliable reset flow for returning to default layouts.
Enhanced timeline readability: aligned the boundary marker with Now, added historical relative-duration markers for closed themes, emphasized weekly markers visually, and automatically offset timeline labels to avoid card overlap.
Made closed themes visible by default on the left side of the timeline to surface historical throughput, and added automatic tracking of Closed Themes so velocity is now visible and configurable.
Integrated the new velocity metric into the Dashboard KPI modal and renamed the velocity card to Themes / day for clearer interpretation; the card now degrades gracefully if external counts are delayed.

Added secure file and screenshot attachments for feedback and learnings, with a premium drag-and-drop uploader that performs client-side image scaling and compression to optimize uploads and load times.
Upgraded learnings cards and manual learning forms to support rich-text markdown creation and beautiful markdown rendering in detail views.
Improved attachment UX with collapsible sections, image-preview fallbacks, and automatic cleanup of files when associated learnings are removed.
