A week of new surface and structural cleanup. A full Contacts module landed, Wardley maps got reborn as Opportunity Maps with direct canvas editing, and Signals picked up delivery-backed metrics for Changes. Highlight: Contacts arrives as a lightweight CRM, wired into the same feedback graph that drives your roadmap.

A lightweight CRM, wired into feedback
Outcomet now has a real Contacts module. Companies, Contacts, Profiles, and Campaigns sit alongside everything else, with the same listing, filtering, and detail patterns you already know. The point is not to replace a sales CRM, it's to keep the people behind your feedback inside the same graph that holds the rest of your product context.

Opportunity Maps (formerly Wardley)
Wardley maps got renamed and reworked. They're now Opportunity Maps, with the active map chosen before the canvas loads and switchable from the primary filter bar so the whole context updates predictably. The canvas itself is more usable: drag-and-drop placement, keyboard shortcuts back in, and capability edits that show up on the map immediately.

Nova reaches further, and triages at the chunk level
Nova can now expand and explore capability graphs to surface hierarchy, dependencies, and cascading impacts, so assessing scope doesn't mean clicking through every node by hand. She also gained chunk-level moderation: approve, reject, or reopen an individual feedback chunk without disturbing the parent record.
