Complete change list

  • Assignee tokens support keyboard disclosure, Escape focus return and isolated interaction. Initiative cards keep assignment and phase visible beside an open detail.
  • Members and teams share one grouped directory with centrally managed account roles. Assignment does not grant access.
  • Team edits and content deletion no longer close other members' drafts. A temporary access-check failure preserves already verified content and offers retry.
  • Campaign cards, tables and details use the same Team/Member assignment dialog and display team-only responsibility correctly. Competitor risks regain their compact assignment control.
  • Competitor detail risk relations now adhere to the clean relation row standard without broken nested accordions.
  • Team accordion headers now display member counts directly behind the team title separated by a dot (·), team Edit buttons are hidden in resting state and revealed smoothly on hover, and member rows place the joined timestamp before the role badge so roles sit consistently on the far right.
  • The Members page maintains its two-column workspace layout with Organization Defaults in the right sidebar, while the vertical spacing between team titles and members has been tightened significantly (reducing padding from 16px to 6-8px) for an integrated, compact flow. The legacy static table header was removed to eliminate awkward column misalignment above collapsible team headers.
  • The Members settings search bar now follows canonical SearchFilterBar standards: the top row remains clean with collapsible search, filter toggle, and element count, while the "Include archived" toggle and role filter reside inside the expandable filter drawer with standard amber active styling.
  • Standardized the 1a+1e Assignee Token into a reusable component (src/components/ui/assignee-token.tsx) supporting both simple assignments and full team/legacy responsibility models.
  • The Members settings surface now strictly adheres to Base-First typography standards, featuring crisp full-size member names, readable team headers, proportional metadata, and a calmer, unboxed appearance without vertical line clutter.
  • Settings mobile navigation now uses the styled, accessible Radix UI selector with category groups instead of an unstyled native dropdown.
  • Initiative cards in both Kanban board and list views now feature an interactive 1a+1e hybrid Assignee Token: at rest, it appears as a calm 20px avatar, team mark, or dashed ring; when hovering directly over the assignee token (and never on generic card hover), it smoothly expands leftward as an overlay chip revealing the full owner name, team, and assign action without causing layout reflow. Clicking the token opens the responsibility assignment modal directly.
  • Integrated the standardized Assignee Token into the Campaign Pipeline Table view: the Assignee column now uses the interactive token with smooth hover disclosure.
  • Entity detail views (Problems, Capabilities, Competitors, Campaign Members, Experiments, Hypotheses, Changes, and Sources) now seamlessly integrate responsibility ownership into the universal editorial subtitle sentence without trailing fragments or minute-timestamp clutter.
  • Direct in-place member assignment is now enabled on Campaign Kanban cards and Campaign Pipeline Table rows: clicking the Assignee Token opens a dropdown menu to assign or unassign team members directly in 1 click, with strict event isolation preventing the member detail drawer from inadvertently opening.
  • Integrated the standardized Assignee Token into Campaign Kanban cards: the assignee now sits calmly in the header cluster next to the ENGAGED badge, while the bottom card subline is decluttered to display just touch counts and due dates.
