In this edition

Delivery navigation & workspace

  • Updated the Delivery workspace navigation to align views—Timeline, Work Items, and Changes—so teams can move smoothly between planning, execution, and historical context.

Work Items & planning

  • Introduced Work Items as a dedicated delivery-planning context, enabling teams to track issue-like work separately from change records and link planning artifacts directly to execution via a Driven by Work Items context in Change details.
  • Enhanced the Work Items view with linked-object counts and streamlined workflows to open, link, and unlink related Changes, Themes, and Capabilities, improving traceability across planning and delivery.
  • Rendered GitHub/Jira markdown in Work Item and Change details so descriptions display as formatted content for easier reading and handoff.

Timeline & delivery visibility

  • Improved the Delivery graph and Timeline visibility: active open/in-progress work now appears as an active lane after the Now marker and before future planning placeholders, keeping real work distinct from speculative plans.
  • Fixed future Theme visibility so upcoming planned items remain visible after creating or linking GitHub/Jira/local issues from future theme cards.

GitHub & issue imports

  • Improved GitHub import behavior to honor installed GitHub App permissions and report permission gaps without failing already-imported pull requests and issues, reducing import interruptions and clarifying which items need attention.
