Replaced the legacy Bet concept with Initiatives as the single unit for strategic alignment, discovery, and execution, creating a clearer path from customer feedback to delivery.
Unified Discovery into one streamlined module with five focused views — Decisions, Initiatives, Planning, Validation Tree, and Experiments — and updated navigation to reflect the end-to-end product flow.
Existing Bets are carried over as Initiatives, and old Bet URLs redirect to their Initiative. Hypotheses, experiments and capability relationships connect to Initiatives.
The Planning canvas retains Now, Next, Later and Closed groups, rank adjustments and in-place Initiative details.

Connected Product Workflow

Added richer strategic context to Initiatives, including customer jobs, success measures, problem statements, and strategic layer fields, so teams can connect insights more directly to plans and delivery.
Expanded the Validation Tree to show the full demand chain from Feedback through Evidence, Problem, and Initiative, making it easier to trace how customer needs evolve into action.
Enabled in-place detail views throughout the Validation Tree, reducing context switching when reviewing connected entities.
Experiment-generated feedback appears alongside customer feedback with an EXP badge and a connection back to its Experiment.
In-app agents use Initiatives for the former Bet workflow. Legacy Bet IDs resolve to their Initiative, and closure follows the Initiative closure review instead of creating an already-closed Initiative. Agent changes remain subject to confirmation.

Improved Strategic Opportunities with aggregated demand sizing across linked initiatives, giving teams a clearer view of opportunity intensity.
Simplified Capabilities with a single canonical Linked Initiatives section, consolidating related work into one clearer view.
Strengthened the connection between changes and impacted Capabilities so delivery progress is easier to follow across the product loop.
Completed Changes in the Validation Tree connect to impacted Capabilities with a green edge and a CLOSED badge.

Prevented customer Feedback close, duplicate, and delete actions from sending resolved emails, including for previously queued events, while preserving internal platform resolution notifications. Implemented and verified in DEV; production release not verified.
Improved Problem lifecycle handling when evidence is removed: if deleted Feedback was the last active source, the related Problem now closes as obsolete without losing its Learning, Decision, Initiative, or evidence history. Problems with another active source remain open. Implemented and verified in DEV; production release not verified.
Refined evidence cleanup so soft-deleted parent Feedback retains its prior lifecycle state, while active Feedback continues to follow normal close and reopen behavior. Implemented and verified in DEV; production release not verified.

The customer Feedback module is named Signals at /signals. Quantitative indicators move to Metrics at /metrics.
Existing /feedback links preserve query parameters when redirected. Legacy telemetry links using signal or signalsView parameters route to Metrics.
Configure labels for eleven workspace entities across Strategy, Customer Voice, Product Architecture, Delivery and Storytelling. The relationship graph separates the product workflow from Content Source and Story, with positioning that keeps nodes in view.

Choose Low, Medium or High thinking in chat instead of selecting Haiku, Sonnet or Opus. Nova reports the active reasoning level when asked. This chat configuration was verified on staging.
Agent Preferences use one header save action with change detection. Individual card save buttons, the experimental warning and the autonomous data mutations toggle have been removed.
