Discovery & Validation Tree

Restructured the Validation Tree hierarchy to follow Bet → Hypothesis → Experiment → Evidence (Feedback/Learning) so relationships are clearer and empty nodes render directly under their parent Bet.
Removed the standalone Hypotheses tab to simplify navigation; hypothesis creation remains available via the New Hypothesis button and the tree context menus.
Restored accurate experiment filtering in Bet detail views so linked Experiments appear correctly.

Smoother, more predictable graph navigation: the Validation Tree now centers cleanly on load, eliminates visible sliding/jumping when switching bets, and preserves user pan/zoom when opening detail views.
Added a focused 'maximize' control for intentionally centering on root elements and removed the automatic layout-rearrangement control to reduce unexpected layout changes.

Simplified node menus: left-click opens details so context menus no longer include redundant "View Details", and destructive "Delete" actions were removed to prevent accidental removals.
Replaced deletes with safe Unlink actions for common relationships (e.g., Bet↔Capability, Bet↔Opportunity, Hypothesis↔Bet, Experiment↔Bet, Feedback/Learning↔Experiment) so users can detach links without losing entities.
Expanded Experiment actions to let users link existing items or create-and-attach new Hypotheses, Feedback, and Learnings inline; added capability-linking from Bets.

Added a browsable Methods Library modal with search, category filters, and target-layer badges across 31 template methods to help teams discover and apply proven discovery techniques quickly.
Templates now include rich visual previews and badges for target layers (problem, solution, technical, commercial, commitment); those target-layer badges appear across Validation Tree nodes and Experiments Kanban cards and can be edited from the item details pane.
Quick-create integration: open the Methods Library from page actions and use it as the source when creating new experiment templates for a smoother browse-to-create experience.

Streamlined the Validation Tree sidebar: compact header, search relocated to the footer, improved typography for Opportunity headings, and inline evolution percentages replace the horizontal progress bar for a cleaner list view.
Persisted the selected Bet across page refreshes and navigation by syncing selection with the URL and local state, so users return to the same Bet after navigation.

Standardized node colors for clarity: Feedback nodes are Indigo/Blue and Learning nodes are Green to avoid theme color bleed and improve readability.
Fixed layout alignment in the Experiments tab so page headers, KPIs, filters, and Kanban columns align consistently to the design grid.

Updated the Agent conversation selector with a compact, scrollable dropdown and chat-history icon for faster thread switching.
Made the app launcher persistent while the agent panel is open so users can access the launcher without interrupting conversations.
Simplified the Agent Chat panel metrics into a single horizontal banner and replaced client-side cost estimates with server-backed transaction costs to display accurate billing information.

Improved behavior in Safari private mode so state persistence no longer causes application errors.
