Canvas backgrounds, card surfaces, and block placement are configurable per area now, so Inbox, Themes, Planning, and Graph can each look like what they're for. Resolved themes can be reopened straight from the Kanban board, and a read-only workspace finally says why it's read-only. Four views, four jobs, one look. That's changed. Canvas backgrounds are set per area now, so Inbox, Themes, Planning, and Graph each carry their own visual context and you know where you are before you read a single label.

Card surfaces are yours too. Feedback and Theme card width, surface styling, and positioning are all adjustable, which is the difference between a list where everything looks equally important and one where the thing you care about is the thing you see first. Layout blocks for detail and list panes can sit left, center, or right, while the text inside stays left-aligned so nothing becomes decorative at the cost of being readable.

Closed doesn't have to mean gone
Themes marked Obsolete or Rejected can now be reopened directly from the Kanban board and stay open, instead of snapping back to Closed the moment you looked away. Reversing a decision is a normal thing to do and it should not require a workaround.

The decision flow around it got consistent. Theme Detail and the context-menu actions both show a resolution dialog before anything changes, with a warning ahead of any cascading cancellation, so you see what a closure will take with it. The dialog lists the valid dispositions including Validate and Test, and it keeps the theme's current selection instead of resetting to a default and losing what was already chosen.

If a workspace drops into read-only because of billing, there's now an in-product banner explaining the restriction rather than edits that silently fail. Admins get a direct Manage billing shortcut from the banner to fix it and get back to work.

Selection behaves the same everywhere
