Product Context

Complete change list
- Assessment/comparison dates select actual historical snapshots. Visible competitors with changed coordinates or heights can show prior wireframe heads and dashed movement paths; search filters those markers alongside the nodes and existing list. Historical snapshots update the full landscape.
- The existing bottom-left controls now expose Sphere/Cube/Diamond, node size, landscape/relief, plate color with hexadecimal value and exact alpha transparency, plus More labels, Movement/history, Top view and the existing List. Missing preferences default to Sphere 60%, Optical glass/Obsidian, relief 100% and plate transparency 50%. Glass/Obsidian plate settings persist independently; Reset plate restores only the current appearance's color/50%, while camera reset preserves customization. At 100% transparency only the plate disappears.
- The Competitors Map now offers flat Contours and translucent 3D relief representing smoothed competitor concentration and threat. Terrain uses the complete selected assessment snapshot and stays unchanged during search, including zero matches; the own-product pin and label remain visible. Relief changes terrain height without altering exact competitor coordinates or threat heights.
- Competitor heads and the blue own-product marker no longer produce displaced copies through the Optical glass plate when zooming or orbiting. Solid marker surfaces and the approved plate materials, alpha settings and assessment positions are retained.
- Competitor label connectors remain visible during orbit and pan. Labels update their truncation after container resizing, and historical markers update color when the current tier changes.
- Switching 2D mode, changing elevation, filtering data or changing themes preserves the active camera and pan target. The existing zoom slider now moves the camera and reflects navigation state; reset/fitting accounts for elevated anchors and viewport clearance.
- The competitor map now follows the approved Precision Atelier demo with tier-colored spheres at 60% base size, fine stems, combined company/score labels and a distinct blue own-position marker. A rounded bevelled plate uses optical glass in light mode and obsidian with warm light lettering in dark mode; measured 5/5 centre lines emphasize the quadrants. The existing customizable background stays fixed on screen without a secondary ground or horizon. Labels do not move measured coordinates; at high density lower-priority labels may be omitted while every marker and existing inspection remain available. Existing workspace controls and saved customization are retained.
- Hovering competitors in the Map no longer opens the floating lower-left inspector. Native name/score labels, hover emphasis, click-to-open detail, controls and Ledger remain available.
- Restoring or enabling Movement/history in the Competitors Map fills a missing comparison date without adding a browser history entry. Back can leave the map, and an explicitly cleared comparison date remains empty across List/Map switches and reloads until history is explicitly enabled again.
- Verified Literal UVP Quotes: Automatically strips markdown formatting and compares value propositions against website copy, badging literal quotes with verification marks while preserving unverified claims.
- Accurate Reachability & Error Classification: Genuinely dead domains (DNS failure, 404) are cleanly distinguished from temporary server errors (500/502) and bot protection (403/429), preventing false-negative intelligence.
- Dynamic Rubric Scoring in Technical Tab: Threat scoring, breakdown dimensions, and trajectory live in a dedicated Technical tab, keeping the primary view focused on strategic and website briefs.
- Tamper-Proof & Resilient Competitor Snapshots: Hardened database policies ensure snapshots cannot be forged or altered. Stale in-flight scans automatically recover after 15 minutes to prevent profiles from locking up.
- Two Distinct Briefs: The competitor detail view clearly separates the vendor's self-description ("Their pitch", extracted from their website) from our internal strategic evaluation ("Our read" and "Against us").
- Concurrent Scan Protection: Database locks prevent duplicate simultaneous scans on the same competitor profile.
- Fullscreen Competitor Brief: An editorial full-page reader mode allows deep inspection of competitor briefs without interface distractions.
- Competitors website scan card now provides an expandable step history showing completed crawl and extraction milestones with timestamps.
- Competitors website scan card now displays a live progress ticker with active phase and detailed milestone updates during crawling, AI synthesis, and claim verification instead of a static spinner.
- In the Problem detail drawer and view, users can verify whether linked Changes resolve active evidence chunks, inspect chunk-by-chunk verdicts with explanation text, and prefill the Problem closure note from verified proof with one click. The verification banner and verdict rows render chromeless and unboxed, the closure note uses editorial sans typography, and action triggers use sentence-case labels without decorative checkmark or sparkle icons.
- In the Initiative closure preparation checklist, users can auto-verify all open problems against linked Changes, automatically selecting fully verified problems for closure and appending resolution proof notes into the conclusion statement.
- Product Context Stability Fix: Resolved an issue where viewing synthesized product context could crash with a React render error when AI proof points or differentiator items contained structured categories and descriptions.
- Design Rules & Typography Polish: Overhauled the Product Context report sheet and setup views per Outcomet Design Rules. Capabilities are now rendered in a calm, connected list with full-width titles and unclipped value statements, eliminating multi-line word squishing and truncated text. Upgraded headings to natural sentence case with dimmed counters, brought executive prose to the Base-First standard, and replaced all AI sparkle icons with clean functional glyphs.
- Agent Product Grounding & On-Demand Context Tool: All native Outcomet agents (Nova, Polaris, Vega) are now grounded in the workspace's synthesized product context from turn zero. A new callable tool
get_product_contextallows agents to inspect deeper product details (like full editorial reports, pricing tiers, and capabilities) on demand. - Product Context in Top Navigation: Added "Product Context" directly into the
Product vnavigation dropdown menu alongside "Product" (Capabilities & map) and "Competitors" (Intelligence & landscape). - Product Context Workspace: Dedicated Product Context view (
/capabilities?module=contextor/product-context), allowing teams to enter their product website and review an AI-synthesized report detailing their core value proposition, target personas/ICP, functional capability modules, and pricing structure. - External Web Access Engine: Resilient, tiered web scraping and markdown extraction engine that empowers both background workers and AI agents to inspect, read, and understand external web pages safely.
- Real-time Live Crawl Observability: Added a dynamic progress dashboard featuring live extraction timers, multi-step phase indicators, real-time discovered page lists with word count metrics and status badges, and an immediate "Cancel Analysis" button.
- Added
initiative_createandinitiative_updateMCP tools allowing connected AI agents to directly create and update initiatives (feedback themes) with title, problem statement, hypothesis, decision disposition, status, and problem linkages. - Added
initiatives:writeOAuth scope and permission checks requiringadminormemberworkspace role.
