Review Problem Resolution

In this edition

Review Problem Resolution

  • Problem verification considers attributable Initiative Decisions alongside delivered Changes. A documented decision can resolve evidence by choosing an alternative or explicitly declining the work with a rationale. Deferring, exploring or validating an item does not resolve it, and a build or fix decision still needs matching implementation.
  • Verdicts and closure notes are saved. Changes to linked delivery, Decisions, evidence or Initiatives mark the review as stale, so an old solved verdict does not appear as current progress. A review based on inputs that changed during the audit must be rerun.
  • Signals shows resolved Problem counts and evidence progress. Initiative details and the Decision Brief show fulfillment indicators and can audit open Problems in a batch, displaying results as they finish and reporting failed checks. Verification remains separate from the user's closure confirmation.

Inspect Feedback with Nexus

  • The Technical tab offers on-demand Nexus Intelligence classification and reclassification. It estimates feedback origin, the affected area, friction type, product domain, engineering effort, customer churn risk, agent blockers and procurement risk, with confidence indicators.
  • Nexus also suggests the source channel and sentiment and shows frustration intensity on a four-level scale. Users with write access can apply a suggested sentiment or an eligible editable source. Widget and externally ingested source labels remain protected.
  • Classification uses the first 3,500 characters of raw feedback together with up to ten chronologically ordered evidence chunks, capped at 5,000 characters combined. It does not read an unlimited transcript. Available source, sentiment and frustration signals also inform the subsequent Problem analysis.
  • Classification results appear immediately after saving. Corrections address false access-denied messages and failed classification requests caused by mismatched request definitions.

Find Attention Items on Bridge

  • Bridge previews up to five active competitor risks, showing triggered risks first and then ordering by severity. Each includes its trigger, recorded response and a link to the competitor's risk workspace. Retired risks stay excluded.
  • Product attention highlights up to five Capabilities with a numeric Product Quality score below 80, starting with the lowest score. Unknown scores are reported separately. Larger portfolios load in batches, failed requests show an unavailable state, and missing records leave the remaining scores visible with an incomplete-result notice.
  • Competitor Risks can be selected in Configure Signals. New Bridge preferences include risks, strategy progress, evidence coverage and capability health, while existing saved selections remain preserved.

Review Crew Activity

  • Agent histories live in Crew and individual member profiles, with Load more and Retry. Consecutive entries are grouped by actor and local day, retaining event times, action types and chronological order across loaded pages.
  • Crew profiles show a compact portrait, description and guiding question. Placeholder deployment actions, seeded workload counters and the fabricated Pending Approvals total are removed. Actual Capability proposal review remains available when proposals exist.
  • Command Control keeps its header, signals and Crew filters visible while content scrolls within one viewport.

Link Story Sources and Read Workspace Views

  • Story source linking supports title or URL search when more than 50 unlinked Sources exist, showing up to 50 matching choices and retaining the selected Source when the search changes. Source and role menus remain selectable above their containing popover, and linking prevents repeat submission.
  • Story artifact titles and the empty artifact action support keyboard use, with external URLs kept separate. Editor actions, headings and previews wrap at narrow widths. Page and detail tabs use a cyan active underline, and narrow detail headers keep the Brief/Technical controls together below long titles.
  • KPI and Metrics trends use green for favorable, yellow for neutral and red for unfavorable movement. Workspace lists, tables and boards share Delivery's Light/Dark background palette. Earlier standard backgrounds adopt the new defaults while custom combinations, disabled backgrounds and card/detail settings remain intact.
  • Read-only inline titles remain selectable. A failed keyboard save keeps the draft without pulling focus back after a later save.

Keep Comments Open During Navigation

  • Navigating or reopening Problems, Feedback and Themes no longer causes the application crash associated with their comment subscriptions. Realtime comments continue to refresh.
