- Strategic Anchor information is now surfaced directly in creation and review views, with easy re-anchoring and in-page inspection of related Strategic Pillars and Opportunities.
- Goal directions are saved automatically, and the system now suggests matching Problems and highlights overlapping initiatives so teams can avoid duplicate work.
Initiative details and problem linking
- Initiative details now put Problem linking front and center across the brief, detail panel, and workspace, replacing older feedback-based linking with a clearer problem-first workflow.
- The brief view now organizes the agreed goal, linked Problems, decisions, and learning into a cleaner narrative, while secondary sections are collapsed by default to reduce clutter.
- Terminology across the product has been streamlined to use customer-facing evidence language and clearer problem labels.
Workflow clarity and status management
- Initiative lifecycle states are now more actionable, with the ambiguous Status unknown state removed from boards and workflows.
- The product journal now shows all available secondary sections consistently across issues, making it easier to browse complete release content.
Performance and responsiveness
- Initiative workspaces and decision briefs now load more smoothly, with faster initial rendering and improved responsiveness when opening portfolios, briefs, and supporting evidence.
