The app has been rebranded to Outcomet, with the tagline "From signals to outcomes." UI icons, site title, and social/share metadata have all been updated to reflect the new identity. The rebrand frames the product's intent: turn raw inbound signals (feedback, ideas, telemetry) into measurable outcomes through a connected loop: capture, synthesize, decide, act.

The Feedback Inbox gets quick inline triage, change severity, update type, mark duplicates, and toggle open/closed without leaving the list. Capture is richer too: edit titles and descriptions, link a single feedback item to multiple themes, and create or link capabilities directly from feedback or theme detail to preserve traceability. AI assists at the door with automatic suggestions for severity, type, frequency, reporter, plus a copy-ready AI summary.

Theme detail now carries the context you need to act, representative feedback examples (title, severity, snippet) and a visible theme badge on linked feedback for fast scanning. The Add Theme dialog surfaces AI-suggested names and details you can click to auto-fill, and a new Synthesize Theme action turns themes into structured Learning Drafts (summary, likely causes, impacted capabilities, recommended next steps), saved into a reusable Learnings library. From any theme, one click creates a Proposal, Requirement, or Experiment.

Capability management lands as a complete module. Add top-level Capabilities, create and manage Clusters inline, and leave items Unclustered for flexibility. Capability Cards show a single aggregated Health gauge with a clear percentage, and the detail view lets you update summaries and owners, adjust Health (with overrides and short-term trends), edit KPIs, link themes and initiatives, and manage Dependencies with full chain visualization. Filter by cluster, maturity, owner, or health range, capture Snapshots of the current state and roll back when needed.

Create and run experiments on the fly, then connect learnings directly to evidence and hypotheses for end-to-end validation. Synthesized learnings can attach to capabilities, initiatives, or evidence so the loop from signal to outcome closes cleanly.

Sprint Goals tie initiatives to capability changes so execution stays aligned with strategy. KPI ingestion supports growth frameworks (including AARRR) for tracking product growth alongside capabilities, and editable business cases at product, initiative, and cluster levels support financial and strategic planning.

Interactive graphs and maps support drag-to-arrange, zoom, and node/edge customization for exploring relationships, with linked themes showing their health contributions to downstream capabilities. Action-oriented empty states across Feedback, Themes, and Capabilities give clear first-step prompts (Add Capability, submit your first feedback) to accelerate setup.
