Plan Initiatives and manage Campaigns with their context in view
This week brings goal-led Initiative creation, more control over Campaigns, and clearer review of Feedback and its supporting evidence.
In this edition
Start an Initiative from its goal
New Initiatives begin in a Decision brief. Goal clarification considers existing Strategy and related Initiatives, saves goal directions and suggests matching Problems. The Strategic Anchor stays visible, with in-page inspection of Pillars and Opportunities.

Problem linking sits in the brief, detail panel and workspace. The brief brings the agreed goal, Problems, Decisions and Learning together; secondary sections stay collapsed until needed. Opportunity linking and unlinking have been corrected.
The DEV-verified workspace work also covers Decisions, Kanban and relative Planning. Moving a card requests a reviewed action. Goal preparation requires human confirmation. Outcome review retains findings and uncertainty; automatic evidence-to-goal comparison is not implemented. These workflow changes have not had their production release independently verified.
Review Feedback without losing evidence
- Review individual proposals from Feedback actions, including when only one remains. Deleting Feedback clears its related proposals and analysis state.
- Inspect closed Problems and unlinked evidence in Feedback detail, with controls to show or hide closed items.
- Resolve Feedback with an explicit choice about closing related evidence and guidance when open Problems remain.
- Active evidence counts exclude unlinked or dismissed support. A Problem with no remaining support but historical Decision or Learning references closes as obsolete.
- Browse the complete Problems tree with filtered and total counts. Search and filtering also work in the Landscape capability view.
The DEV closure review records accepted scope and unresolved Problem work without treating acceptance as proof that a Decision was fulfilled. Learning updates are explicit and retain the last adopted version if an update fails or becomes stale. These changes remain qualified by the daily notes' DEV and unverified-production status.
Work across Contacts and Campaigns
Contact and Company details use Brief and Technical tabs, inline editing, linked-record navigation and a desktop split panel. Qualification fields include ICP fit scores, rationale and notes; search supports ICP fit and lifecycle filters.

Campaigns support archive, restore and permanent deletion, with separate active and archived views. Goals, pipeline stages and playbook guidance can be maintained after creation. Member details provide touchpoint logging, back-dating and per-member engagement history.
The late pipeline-editing fix saves stages and member moves together. Renames preserve original stage-entry dates; moving members from a deleted stage to a fallback starts a new entry date. Deleting a stage after renaming it still checks its members before confirmation. Full production UI release of this fix is not independently verified.
Use agents with the right context
Agent Chat can inspect Initiatives and prepare changes to linked Problems or Opportunities. Changes to Initiatives, Strategy and Discovery records require confirmation.

Connected MCP clients can search Problems and inspect Initiative context on deployments where those context features are enabled. They are disabled by default. Canonical Initiative tools replace legacy Theme tools, so clients using the old names must update.
