Review evidence, guide Initiatives and manage outreach stages
Review evidence, guide Initiatives and manage outreach stages
This week adds control over Initiative progression, Campaign pipelines and the evidence behind product decisions. Stories and connected AI clients also gain more ways to work with existing sources and contacts.
In this edition
Keep Feedback in context
- English Feedback titles and summaries sit alongside evidence in the customer's original language.
- Historical source dates order Problem evidence without changing the original ingestion timestamp.
- Delayed extraction can be restarted from Feedback details. Items already past the five-minute processing window offer recovery without another wait.
- An unresolved Problem reuse target becomes a new proposal for review. If the analysis changes during review, a notification refreshes the state.
Guide an Initiative through its phases
- Save a title-only draft, confirm a measurable goal and move through guided phase transitions. An agreed goal can reach Decide approach before Problems are linked.
- Reopen an Initiative or return to an earlier phase while retaining historical closure receipts. Search includes open and closed Initiatives when no status filter is specified.
- During closure, explicitly choose which connected Problems to resolve.
- Accepting capability suggestions keeps the remaining suggestions available; failed links stay selected for retry.
Review Delivery capability suggestions
- Proposed capabilities appear in their hierarchy, with distinct styling for proposals and confirmed capabilities. Open a proposal from the graph or use Link, Create & Link and Dismiss.
- Exploration considers the workspace taxonomy and repository context, including supported matches outside the initial shortlist. Documentation changes retain supported existing-capability suggestions; unsupported matches are not invented.
- Link a parent without dismissing its children, or add a child from a capability node. A capability's first chronological appearance receives a New badge.
- Graph panning, date jumps and detail navigation retain the canvas and drawer layout.
Configure outreach around the campaign
- Bluesky outbound joins LinkedIn, X and Email campaign types. Change a linked playbook while keeping stages or reviewing how members move to the replacement stages.
- Stage settings control board visibility, funnel participation, success, rechecks and cooldowns. Members outside the main board appear in a Parked lane and can be returned to the pipeline.
- Funnel counts use recorded stage history. Contact additions and imports check cooldowns and exclusions across campaigns.
- Direct-ask playbooks support zero or blank waiting periods.
Find and read Stories sources
- Capture sources from custom domains, then filter by platform, shelf-life or topic. Cards show a short preview; details include a TL;DR.
- Enrichment can use visual source material and retry with text when an image cannot be downloaded. Partial results remain visible, with Retry enrichment for another attempt.
- Ordinary enrichment preserves customized titles; forced re-fetch can replace them.
- External links detect their platform. Bluesky post links support captured like, repost and reply counts; unsupported platforms, including X, remain reference links.
Update contacts through connected AI clients
- Company and contact upserts match by ID first, then domain or email, with name matching when neither is supplied. A contact can use an existing company domain to link its company.
- Writes require contacts:write access. Existing create and update tools remain supported, and reads include available role, seniority and location fields.
What this means for you this week
Review proposals without losing the ones still awaiting a decision, revisit an Initiative's direction, and keep campaign stages aligned with the outreach you actually run.
