Complete change list

  • Competitor website snapshots can complete when an optional source citation is invalid or points outside the crawled pages; the worker still requires crawled-page evidence for its core analysis.
  • Re-architected Campaign workspace action menu into 3 clean functional groups (Pipeline & Members, Playbook Configuration, Lifecycle).
  • Added in-panel sliding stack detail views for linked Contact person and Company records directly inside the Campaign Member slide-over with a one-click < Member back return, removing disruptive page routing.
  • Added multi-mode campaign import supporting both members and bulk touchpoint history preservation from Markdown and JSON pipelines.
  • Unified the touchpoints timeline into a single connected feed with divider lines, eliminating fragmented card boxes.
  • Introduced click-to-expand in-detail touchpoint logging in the Campaign Member panel with instant date presets (Now, Today, Yesterday), note input, URL validation, and an "Add & Log Another" action for seamless sequential logging.
  • Published comprehensive Markdown import schema specifications and allowed interaction types directly in the Agent Operator panel and import guidance.
  • Upgraded Campaign Member Selection Rationale to a rich-text editable section with full-width single-border editing directly inside the detail panel.
  • Added a compact Next Action modal dialog for scheduled outreach steps and target due dates, clearing clutter from the Brief tab body.
  • Connected Campaign Members directly to their Contacts CRM counterparts: operators can now view and open the linked Contact person and Current Company directly from the Technical tab.
  • Standardized the Campaign Member detail panel to the Universal Entity Detail Blueprint with natural prose editorial subtitle, elevated action bar with primary/secondary/tertiary hierarchy, and universal removal footer available across both Brief and Technical tabs.
  • Cleaned up date display in the Campaign Member header subtitle and Next Action button to show clean day-only dates instead of minute-level timestamps.
  • Enabled inline editing for previously logged touchpoints in the campaign timeline with instant presets, note input, and URL validation.
  • Polaris and Nova introduce themselves inside onboarding chat and answer questions using the current step and ready website context. The action card stays after the introduction, new messages append beneath it, and only the transcript scrolls while the composer remains reachable. Ordinary agent panels and the chooser are hidden during guidance.
  • A server-confirmed successful GitHub import, including a scan with zero entries, can finish initial setup; a Change–Capability connection also qualifies. Feedback setup requires reviewed supporting evidence linked to a Problem. Connecting a provider alone does not qualify.
  • Agent chat and launcher images recover from missing thumbnails using canonical portraits, including Polaris after onboarding.
  • After accepting the onboarding product brief, users can go Back and accept it again without being blocked or creating duplicate starter content. Completed onboarding requires an explicit restart before setup can be changed again.
  • New customer workspace owners can set up Outcomet through a guided website, brief and integration flow. Existing accounts keep their Product Context page and can opt into guidance.
  • After setup, the tutorial introduces Product, Signals, Discovery, Delivery and Strategy one at a time. Back returns to the previous area without resetting progress; Your start offers saved continuation and reset, and completed onboarding can be replayed. Reset keeps product data and connections but starts fresh guide conversations. All areas is available during the later tutorial, not initial setup.
  • Owners can confirm up to three starter Capabilities and optional strategic hypotheses in eligible empty workspaces. Existing content is preserved and replay does not duplicate those records; illustrative feedback is never stored as evidence.
  • Website setup shows crawl/synthesis progress, cancellation and recovery. Submitting the same normalized URL reuses its ready report; different URLs and explicit refresh still run analysis. The brief shows purpose, the problem, ICP and key capabilities while retaining the full background context.
  • GitHub setup returns to onboarding when started there, while Settings-origin setup retains its Settings destination. The compact import card shows progress, processed counts, warnings and failures, with local sign-in recovery for an expired session.
