A guided start for new workspaces
New workspace owners can move from a website to a reviewed Product Brief, starter Capabilities and the first real connections in Outcomet through one guided flow. Existing accounts keep their Product Context and can opt into the guidance.

- Website analysis shows progress, cancellation and recovery. Reusing the same normalized URL reopens its ready report; a different URL or an explicit refresh starts a new analysis.
- Eligible empty workspaces can confirm up to three starter Capabilities and optional strategic hypotheses. Existing content is preserved, replay does not create duplicates, and illustrative feedback is never saved as evidence.
- Polaris and Nova introduce themselves inside the guide and answer with the current onboarding step and ready website context. The conversation scrolls while its composer remains reachable.
- GitHub setup returns to onboarding when it started there. The import card shows progress, processed counts, warnings and failures, including local sign-in recovery for an expired session.
- Setup completes only after a server-confirmed GitHub import, including a successful scan with zero entries, a Change connected to a Capability, or reviewed supporting feedback linked to a Problem. Connecting a provider alone is not enough.
- The follow-up tour introduces Product, Signals, Discovery, Delivery and Strategy one area at a time. It can be paused, continued or replayed; reset starts fresh guide conversations while preserving product data and connections.
The guided flow is verified in DEV; production rollout is not verified.
Website analysis tolerates optional citation gaps
Competitor website snapshots can finish when an optional source citation is invalid or points outside the crawled pages. Core analysis still requires evidence from the crawled pages. This behavior is implemented; production rollout is not verified.
