Complete change list

  • Change status badges in Initiative workspaces now use destructive styling for Failed and Rolled Back, making those outcomes visually distinct from neutral states.
  • Delivery Timeline lists active Proposed Changes without fetching every full handover repeatedly. Full reviewed context opens on demand, and an archived proposal remains inspectable/restorable through its existing detail link. DEV-verified; production deployment verified October 10, 2026.
  • Delivery Timeline displays a filled Proposed Change card with implementation context, desired outcome and success criterion immediately. Create work item is the primary action; Edit optionally adjusts the proposal. The separate Prepare/Save prerequisite has been removed. Saved proposals open in the shared detail panel. DEV-verified; production deployment verified October 10, 2026.
  • A Timeline consisting only of future columns positions its initial camera on the planned work, including after reload. Adding Work Items preserves the current camera. DEV-verified; production deployment verified October 10, 2026.
  • One Initiative can contain multiple proposals and one proposal can contain multiple Work Items. Local creation preserves explicit Proposal/Initiative and optional existing Decision relationships atomically. Existing Initiative work remains visible without being silently assigned to a proposal. Source conflicts retain the editable draft for review. DEV-verified; production deployment verified October 10, 2026.
  • Delivery Timeline shows multiple persisted Work Items for an Initiative, including those without a Change. Create work item stays available; the existing creation dialog can prepare another item after a successful save while preserving context and destination. Failed saves retain the draft; external exports remain background dispatches rather than confirmed new cards. DEV-verified; production deployment verified October 10, 2026.
  • Merging Initiatives retains Proposal identities and reviewed snapshots under the target Initiative. Intentional Initiative deletion removes Proposal junctions while preserving Work Items; removing an optional Decision or creator retains the snapshot. Proposal details use the shared relation controls with execution relationships before metadata. DEV-verified; production deployment verified October 10, 2026.
  • Shortening an oversized generated Work Item brief now sends the edited text when saving the initial Proposed Change as well. Previously, the hidden original brief could still block creation. Saved empty handovers remain intentionally empty until edited. DEV-verified; production deployment verified October 10, 2026.
  • Local Work Item creation from Proposed Changes and Decisions accepts complete prepared briefs up to 50,000 characters, matching the Proposal handover limit. Previously, a prepared brief above 5,000 characters blocked creation. Content is not silently truncated; larger drafts remain editable with validation. DEV-verified; production deployment verified October 10, 2026.
  • Proposals can explicitly link existing work and implementations, preserve reviewed handover context and be archived/restored or withdrawn. A merged PR or new Work Item does not automatically close a proposal or its Initiative. Proposal tracker destinations remain hidden until each provider passes live DEV export verification; other existing tracker flows retain their destinations. Coordinated production deployment verified October 10, 2026; live tracker export acceptance remains unverified.
  • Proposed Change actions reject fresh commands under soft-deleted Initiatives. Implementation PR icons have accessible state names and hover explanations, and server content-limit errors retain the draft with actionable limits. DEV-verified; production deployment verified October 10, 2026.
  • Three stale GitHub PR Changes in the inspected workspace were corrected to closed without merge at their actual May 2026 close dates. They now appear historically in the production Timeline; their content and product relationships were preserved. This data correction is verified in production and does not establish deployment of the new card symbols or synchronization code.
  • GitHub PR synchronization and import retain a newer stored source version when an older delivery or import batch arrives, without reporting that valid stale skip as a failed write. Missing or unverifiable writes still fail visibly. DEV-verified; production deployment verified October 10, 2026. Installed-GitHub-App/cloud transport E2E remains unverified.
  • Delivery Timeline PR cards now distinguish Open, Draft, Merged and Closed through readable badges and the existing footer symbol. PR symbols use conventional colors: open green, merged purple, closed without merge red and draft gray. Closed means closed without merge; merged and closed PRs remain historical, while open and reopened PRs have no completion date. DEV-verified; production deployment verified October 10, 2026.
  • Canonical Search & Filter Integration: Integrated Outcomet's standard SearchFilterBar with expandable search, count indicator, and collapsible sort controls (Priority, Phase, A–Z) into the Decision Queue navigation.
  • Responsive Workspace Continuity: Added responsive detail handling so that on screens under 1200px wide, initiative details automatically switch to an overlay drawer, protecting the decision brief width.
  • Context-Aware Scrollbars: Configured the main desk scrollbar to show only when hovering over the main decision brief area, while positioning the navigation scrollbar flush against the initiative card boundary without visible gaps.
  • Harmonized Initiative Detail Drawer: Unified the drawer structure with the large brief. The brief tab provides strategic context and outcomes (including capability impacts and delivered PRs/changes), while the technical tab handles machine plumbing and system relations without redundant problem duplication.
  • Calm Decision Navigation: Removed dividing horizontal lines from the Decision Queue navigation, using subtle vertical spacing to delineate groups while keeping item tiles clean and transparent.
  • Single Primary Action Clarity: Streamlined completion and advance options across initiative workspaces so that users always have a clear, singular primary next step without visual competition between conflicting primary buttons.
  • Discovery Decisions Focus Desk: Transformed the Discovery decisions tab from a passive list into a focused decision workstation with a prioritized decision queue on the left placed directly adjacent to the native centered Decision Brief (ThemeWorkspace with standard max-w-4xl width constraint and complete decision cards) in a centered container (max-w-7xl).
  • In-Page Detail Integration: Details open directly inside the view as an in-page panel on desktop (EntityDetailInPagePanel), preserving view continuity instead of rendering as an overlay sheet.
