Import Granola notes and preserve recorded metric history

In this edition

Bring Granola meeting notes into Signals

  • Connect Granola with an API key in Settings → Connections (Feedback & Inbound), then select folders to import. Unfiled personal meetings and private scratchpad notes are excluded. Syncing pauses if all selected folders are removed in Granola.
  • Imports use the speaker-attributed transcript by default, falling back to the summary only when there are no transcript turns. Choose Verbatim Transcript Only or AI Summary Only instead. Sync Now displays three-phase progress.
  • Filter Signals by Granola on the Feedback page. If a re-synced note’s raw message changes, Outcomet re-runs feedback classification to update the signal title, summary and extracted evidence, while preserving confirmed problem analysis sets.
  • When Contact & Company linking is enabled, external attendees are matched to existing workspace Contacts and Companies before new records are created. Missing primary emails are enriched on high-confidence name/domain matches, and company domains are added to matched records. Both the Contact and Company are linked to the imported Feedback signal.

Keep metric history and trends grounded in recorded data

  • Initiative KPI cards retain saved metric history and names across display-language changes, including workspace-renamed metrics with stable keys. When tracking is missing, KPI cards do not show an invented zero-to-current growth trend.
  • Individual Metrics graph nodes omit an invented zero-to-current sparkline when tracking and its baseline are missing or invalid. Recorded zero and existing history remain visible.
