In this edition
Strategy Hierarchy & Labels
- Updated core hierarchy to Pillars → Bets → Opportunities, with in-app labels, filters, search, discovery boards, and presentation cards aligned to that workflow for clearer navigation and consistent language.
- Experiments and Hypotheses remain correctly associated with their parent Opportunities, preserving context and historical data when items are relinked.
- The Strategy view and Experiment details now present accurate data and clear separation between Bets and Opportunities, removing previous ambiguity in result lists.
Relationship Graph & Views
- New View Mode toggle lets you switch between Tree view (hierarchical layout) and Graph view (single-instance nodes with full parent connections) so you can explore structure or relationship networks as needed.
- Graph view has been simplified to reduce clutter: duplicate nodes are removed, direct bet-to-opportunity links are hidden when connections already flow through Capabilities, and relationships are routed to the appropriate ancestor Capabilities so lineage and dependencies are easier to read.
- Tree view now surfaces parent Capabilities inline while Graph view shows full ancestor capability lineage, making upstream/downstream context easier to explore from any item.
Exports
- Export your Strategy Map as a metadata-rich JSON file directly from the page actions; the export respects active filters and visibility so it includes only the items and links you currently see.
Dashboards & KPIs
- Dashboard metrics and interactive graphs load reliably and display hover details consistently across KPIs, and overall stability for large feedback submissions has been improved to reduce freezes or duplicated processing.
