Graph & Canvas Visuals
- Unified Graph Canvas styling and gradient backgrounds across Delivery, Capabilities, Discovery, Strategy, Feedback, Theme Planning, and Signals views so canvases share consistent visual defaults and instant gradient updates.
- Improved the Delivery Graph and Capability Graph visuals: graphs now open at the current NOW point, node visuals and typography scale better for readability, and overlapping/flickering labels during playback are resolved.
- Adjusted viewport and header behavior so graph headers are transparent and visuals render underneath, preventing top elements from being cut off and ensuring gradients display consistently.
Planning & Graph Controls
- Consolidated graph controls into unified, tabbed settings popovers (Canvas, Signals, Layout) across graph pages so customization lives in a single, consistent interface.
- Simplified and aligned settings popovers and control bars (including collapsible style sections) to prevent overflow/float issues and make graph styling and behavior easier to access.
- Hid non-essential KPI overlays on planning and graph tabs for a cleaner visual focus while working in graphs.
Theme Kanban & Theme Detail
- Improved the Theme Kanban Board for tighter, clearer layouts: mobile fallback shows collapsible lists, columns fit better with reduced min-widths, status labels are simplified and reordered, and the Closed column hides when filters exclude it.
- Visual clarity improvements on Kanban cards include highlighting themes with zero evidence and cleaner, less noisy mobile collapsible styling to surface the most important information.
- Polished Theme Detail view with a streamlined header, hover-only action placement, an icon-only Copy action moved next to fold controls, and consistent metadata styling for improved scanability.
Feedback Inbox & Filters
- Streamlined Feedback Inbox cards to show date-only for quicker scanning and re-centered list/detail views for better readability.
- Filter and list behavior improved so the visually first card is auto-selected after filter/sort changes, active filters show a dot indicator, and clearing filters now collapses the filter panel automatically.
Learning & Automation
- The Learning insights workflow is now automated: the manual "Refresh / Synthesize" control and generated timestamp were removed so insights are produced and surfaced automatically.
General UI Polish & Reliability
- Improved readability of agent tool execution logs in chat by grouping and typography adjustments for clearer diagnostic context.
- Restored icons in KPI cards and fixed duplicate overlay mounting and other rendering issues to reduce errant panels and unstable views.
- Fixed several layout crashes and rendering bugs across Delivery, Planning, and graph pages to improve overall stability and prevent clipping or broken scroll behavior.
