Workflow Sync & Change Tracking

  • Automatic synchronization between Changes in Outcomet and linked GitHub/Jira work items: status, summary, and description updates now flow to connected tickets and transition their workflow states to match change lifecycles.
  • More accurate status mapping: closed-but-unmerged GitHub PRs are shown as Cancelled in the Changes module, and cancelled/failed/rolled-back states map to appropriate Jira cancel states (e.g., "Cancelled"/"Won't Do"), avoiding incorrect "In Progress" or "Done" placements.
  • Clearer user feedback on sync issues: the change status toast now warns when background synchronization fails to start so teams can act quickly.

Capability Landscape & Timeline

  • New compact, responsive timeline for the Capability Landscape that lets teams step through capability lifecycles, pick dates from a calendar, jump to now, and play forward—enabling straightforward historical review and scenario exploration.
  • Historical snapshots now surface capabilities (including soft-deleted ones) as they existed at the selected time while current management workflows remain focused on active capabilities.
  • Responsive controls and legend behavior: the timeline starts compact and expands only when needed, wraps controls on narrow screens, and the legend adapts or collapses into an icon rail to avoid overlap.

Capability Import & Restore

  • Unified Capability import dialog supporting CSV/JSON with a minimal JSON authoring format (name, description, parent) plus compatibility with exported capability JSON.
  • Safe, reviewable imports: preview proposed graph/list changes, selectively apply updates, and restore previously deleted capabilities during import review.
  • Integrity and recoverability safeguards: imports block unresolved parents and parent cycles before writing, automatically roll back partial changes on failure, hide deleted rows from active views while retaining them for re-entry checks, and provide an "Undo last import" action from the capability page.
  • Improved readability: capability graph labels now place emoji on a separate first line before the label text for clearer visuals.
