- Moved supporting relationship data into the Technical tab and aligned metadata placement across entity detail views for a more consistent information hierarchy.
- Added clearer relationship actions and quicker linking flows, including persistent hover/focus controls and prominent link prompts when no related entities are connected.
Problem Resolution & Theme Workflows
- Improved Problem closure so users can resolve issues with closure reasons and notes without friction, while connected problems and themes stay in sync during resolution.
- Refined theme resolution defaults and empty states to better reflect the current status of linked problems, including clearer messaging when only closed problems remain.
- Cleaned up detail view behavior and action placement across Problem, Theme, Feedback, and Capability screens for a more predictable workflow.
