- Restored the full hierarchical Problems tree so large lists are no longer capped, and filtered / total counters now reflect the complete set of open and closed problems.
Content Display
- Monthly changelog images now load from the correct configured asset source for each environment, while optional missing images fail gracefully so the surrounding text remains readable.
