Every graph canvas now opens the same way, centered on the current NOW point, with controls in one tabbed popover and search inside the graph itself. Details panels stopped stacking, feedback search works again, and a new Appearance setting lets you pick your own font size. Highlight: the planning and graph canvases finally play by one set of rules.

Every canvas plays by the same rules

Graphs in Outcomet had drifted apart. Different gradients, different opening behavior, headers clipped at the top, and controls scattered wherever they happened to land. That's been pulled back together. Delivery, Capability, and Planning graphs share one visual language, render full-viewport so nothing gets cut off, and open centered on the current NOW point instead of somewhere in the middle of last quarter.

Controls moved into one tabbed popover with Canvas, Signals, and Layout, so customization has a single address across every graph view. A floating filter and search toolbar now sits inside the Planning Graph, which means you can find a node without scanning the canvas by eye. Node visuals, label scaling, and the playback flicker all got fixed on the way.

Roadmaps got their own layout pass alongside it. The view is a vertically centered triangular layout now for clearer hierarchy, Now/Next/Later horizons snap to level boundaries instead of splitting across them, and interactive edge locking lets you fix a connection in place, dashed for unlocked, solid for locked, so a re-layout doesn't undo your manual placements.

Details open in one panel and stay there

Entity details used to stack. Open two things and you got duplicate sheets, lost focus, and a panel sitting on top of the main menu. Now there's one Details panel. It doesn't stack, it's resizable, and it remembers the width you picked across sessions.

Feedback search works again

Plain-text search in the inbox is restored, and topic-focused queries now surface the relevant open feedback instead of quietly returning nothing. Open items show consistently across both the inbox and what an agent reads, which matters more than it sounds like: the two views used to disagree.

Agent chat says what it did

Tool executions read as sentences now, with consistent capitalization, color-coded action statuses, and the technical detail collapsed until you want it. Write, update, and delete activity is scannable at a glance rather than buried in a payload dump.

You can also push work into the chat directly. Right-click a feedback item, a theme card, or an evidence quote and send it into the active Agent Chat, with the input focused so you can add your instruction immediately.

Themes get tighter

The Theme Kanban is more compact: narrower columns, simplified statuses, collapsible lists as the mobile fallback, and a Closed column that hides itself when the filters exclude it anyway. Theme detail headers got cleaner too, with copy and secondary actions moved to hover-only icons.

Your type size, and one less button

A global Appearance setting lets you choose Small, Medium, or Large font size for the whole app. Adaptive typography scales alongside it on small screens and high-DPR devices, so text stays legible without the layout falling apart.

Learning insights also stopped waiting to be asked. Generation is automatic now, which is why the manual Refresh and Synthesize control and the generated timestamp are gone.
