In this edition
Theme Learning & Synthesis
- Automated background generation of learning cards; removed the manual Synthesize Learning Draft and Promote to Learning Draft controls to streamline the workflow and make theme learning automatic when feedback is linked or unlinked.
- Learning now prioritizes chunk-level content and severity when available (falls back to parent feedback only if needed), producing more accurate, actionable summaries.
- Clearer progress and reliability: learning cards show a single, subtle header spinner with an "updating" state while synthesis runs, instant visual feedback when linking/unlinking chunks, and improved handling of longer-running syntheses so the interface no longer gets stuck.
Feedback Inbox & KPIs
- More compact Feedback Inbox source filter sidebar with day-based chronological grouping (Today, Yesterday, X days ago) for the Most Recent (30d) view, improving scanability.
- New, dynamic KPI cards: Open Feedback, Closed Feedback, Open Themes, Closed Themes, Open/Closed Ratio %, and Severity Distribution (S0-S3) (four inline sparklines) for at-a-glance trend tracking.
- Customizable KPI display via the page header "..." configuration dialog, with saved preferences and flexible presentation controls (border width & opacity, color accent, layout/grid and column count range for desktop).
- Workspace controls standardized to match global app patterns for a more consistent, responsive experience.
Card & Metadata UX
- Cleaner feedback cards and detail panels: removed the top-right linked count button and consolidated people/themes/chunks into a right-aligned horizontal stats row to reduce clutter.
- Improved readability and interactions: replaced browser tooltips with unified Tooltip components for full names, softened markdown styling, reordered footer metadata to Date → Linked Source → Reporter → Type, and aligned typography across the inbox.
- Detail improvements: show full chunk text (no duplicated truncated titles), theme count hover reveals linked theme names, and severity tags now use theme-matched colors for clearer visual context.
- Fixed KPI tab restore so the correct configurations load on startup, ensuring users see their preferred KPI layout consistently.
