A workspace-customization week. Admins get a centralized Settings Dashboard, the Command Center was rebuilt for fast program snapshots, and feedback can now be captured from anywhere with a global button and Markdown editor. Highlight: fully customizable taxonomy, rename Capability to Feature and your terms appear everywhere across the product.

The new Settings Dashboard introduces a fully customizable taxonomy: define singular and plural names (with inline plural grammar) and override decision labels, for example, Capability to Feature. Your custom terms then appear consistently across sidebars, placeholders, dialogs, and empty states. There's also an interactive Taxonomy Relationship Graph for exploring how Strategic Pillars, Bets, Opportunities, Capabilities, Themes, and Feedback connect, and real-time controls for Health and Feedback weights.

Command Center & program insights

A redesigned Command Center Dashboard gives you a fast program snapshot, pick a 7/30/90-day window, and the top eight KPIs render in a compact 4×2 grid with live trend indicators. An Attention Required panel surfaces urgent Drift Alerts and Pending Actions in one place, and any KPI opens a drill-down with plain-language explanations and a drivers breakdown.

Feedback capture, triage & moderation

Feedback collection becomes universal: a persistent global "Give Feedback" button lets anyone submit from any screen, with shareable links and contributor history. The composer gets Markdown formatting (with a raw toggle and live render), and the detail view consolidates triage, editable title/description, inline badges for Status/Severity/Type, sentiment-first field, Link to Theme, Find Duplicates, and an inline Source dropdown all in one place.

Visuals, graphs & navigation

A unified bottom-right control panel standardizes graph behavior across maps and graphs (Zoom In/Out, Fit View, Lock/Unlock, smoother defaults), and keyboard-first navigation arrives with shortcuts and a help overlay. Strategy and Capability graphs hold their state across tab switches and resizes, and theme-aware visuals now adapt cleanly to Light/Dark Mode.
