Complete change list

  • In Delivery Timeline, new Capability proposal connections now use cyan like their dashed node borders, instead of red connections beside cyan nodes. Applies to both parent-child and direct Change connections using the theme interaction color.
  • Discovery experiment creation stacks its configuration fields on narrow screens, keeps footer actions reachable, labels its fields and provides separate keyboard actions for selecting a method and viewing its details. Method/category semantics and creation behavior are unchanged.
  • Shared inline text fields can be opened with Enter or Space and cancelled with Escape without closing their containing panel. Single-line Enter saves and returns focus; failed saves retain the draft, and a pending save cannot be submitted twice.
  • Shared detail views now wrap titles, tabs, metadata values and section actions in narrow hosts. Metadata labels use quieter sentence-case typography; Brief/Technical controls expose their selected state and editorial field triggers show keyboard focus. Existing domain actions and universal footers remain unchanged.
  • Signals inbox rows now have clearer spacing and borders, cyan selection surfaces and native keyboard controls for opening a signal or collapsing a date group. Previously selection backgrounds mixed in the primary action color and date/title navigation depended on mouse clicks. Saved card colors/opacity and deep links remain preserved.
  • Application controls now use the approved Light/Dark CI palette: red primary actions, blue/cyan links and selection, neutral quiet actions and warm paper/espresso surfaces. Shared navigation, forms and detail controls plus their module consumers use separate interaction roles.
  • Shared dialogs and confirmations now use opaque CI surfaces, quieter backdrops, consistent rounded edges and left-aligned wrapping headings. Standard dialogs retain a viewport gutter and scroll internally for long content; specialized dialog layouts retain their overrides. Close controls and footer spacing are consistent in Light and Dark.
  • Shared application inputs and dropdowns use compact, readable fields in Light and Dark, with cyan focus and selected options, visible invalid borders and distinct read-only states. Existing consumer-specific overrides remain supported.
  • The rich-text editor displays active formatting in cyan and exposes formatting state to assistive technology. Its Cancel action remains visible on narrow screens instead of being hidden below the desktop breakpoint.
  • Feedback problem proposals now use neutral card surfaces, matching existing problems remains identified by its badge, and title/action rows can wrap in narrow details. Long legacy severity labels no longer overlap inbox titles; red attention hints use theme-aware contrast. Review commands and severity meaning are unchanged.
  • Contacts, Campaigns, Stories and Metrics tables now use compact rows, quieter separators and cyan selection with sans-serif metadata. Selectable record titles support keyboard activation independently of menus, profile links and stage controls; Stories menus remain visible and have record-specific labels. Existing saved surfaces and semantic status colors are preserved.
  • Product/Strategy titles and Sources titles support native keyboard activation independently of disclosure and action menus. Tree disclosure buttons expose expanded state; Sources previews keep two-line titles when details are open.
  • Feedback and Initiative cards now follow the compact Problems list style: consistent padding and quiet resting borders, normal foreground titles and sans-serif metadata. Selected Problem/Initiative cards previously retained red borders; selection now uses cyan across these cards and the shared page/table selection surface. Custom card backgrounds, hierarchy and navigation remain preserved.
  • New/reset shared page and Feedback card/detail surfaces use opaque CI defaults. Explicit saved colors, opacity and layout remain preserved; Reset selects the new defaults.
  • Bridge Crew cards, member details and roster thumbnails now show photographic portraits of Nova, Polaris and Vega in coordinated modern clothing, replacing their illustrated avatars. The same portraits appear in Light and Dark; card descriptions have an opaque text surface and detail portraits retain the full head. Implemented on the development branch with staging assets; production asset promotion and release remain pending.
  • Product and Strategy tree rows, Competitor list cards and Sources inbox cards now share the compact Problems card treatment: consistent padding, quieter borders, neutral titles, sans-serif metadata and cyan selection. Semantic health, status and threat colors and saved card surfaces are preserved.
  • Selected quick filters in Strategy, Stories, Feedback, Problems and Initiatives now use cyan instead of the primary red treatment and expose their pressed state. Search focus and filter disclosure are visible to keyboard and assistive-technology users; lifecycle and archive behavior is unchanged.
