Week of March 09, 2026
A measurement-and-workflow week. Workspaces can now define their own health scoring, dashboards run on live Signals so KPIs update instantly, and Stories arrives as a full authoring + rollout module. Highlight: Custom Health Metrics, define exactly how capability health scores are calculated for your team.
In this edition
Custom Health Metrics
Workspaces can now define how capability health scores are calculated, manual inputs or formulas, and set thresholds for feedback severity and sentiment. Threshold calculations are exposed directly in Capability detail views, so teams can see exactly how a score was derived rather than trusting a black box. Combined with smarter capability inference (atomic vs composite) and a centralized Capability Legend, capability assessment becomes both more flexible and more transparent.

- Workspace-level Custom Health Metrics: manual inputs or formulas
- Configurable thresholds for feedback severity and sentiment
- Threshold calculations exposed in Capability detail views
- Dynamic capability type inference (atomic vs composite)
- Unified Tree/List + Map interface and centralized Capability Legend
- Standardized detail views: Status, Owner, Evidence Strength, Type, Decision, Maturity
Live Signals & dashboards
Key metrics are now powered by live Signals (concept preview), so counts update instantly across views when strategy items change. Dashboards across Command Center, Strategy, Feedback Themes, Capabilities, Hypotheses, Experiments, and Stories surface live totals and corrected historical timelines. KPI widgets load independently for snappier rendering, and CSV export is still there for offline reporting.

- Live Signals power instant metric updates across views
- Live totals and corrected historical timelines across all major dashboards
- KPI widgets load independently for snappier dashboards
- Reliable sparklines and trend visuals
- CSV export for story lists and metrics
Strategy, maps & contextual editing
Right-click context menus now reliably open in the Strategy Tree, List view, and Wardley Map (including at screen edges) so you can add Bets and Opportunities, assign owners, or remove nodes without navigating away. Drag-and-drop linking on strategy maps and Opportunity drag between Discovery Pipeline columns make visual editing direct, and deletions are now safer, typed labels, confirmation dialogs, persistent removal, and orphan items surfaced in an Uncategorized section.

- Reliable right-click context menus across Strategy Tree, List, Wardley Map
- Drag-and-drop linking on strategy maps, Opportunity cards drag between pipeline columns
- Larger node bounds/labels filling available space on Wardley Map and strategy diagrams
- Type-specific delete labels with confirmations, deletions persist after reload
- Orphaned items surfaced in an Uncategorized section so nothing disappears silently
Feedback & notifications
The feedback composer is more reliable: rich text editor, formatting preserved in history, visible pending classification, and Send/Submit buttons that stay in view. Notification email reliability got a serious pass, single-shot "Resolved" emails (no duplicates), much better deliverability for account confirmations and password resets, and modern responsive templates with Dark Mode support and centered branding.

- Redesigned feedback composer with rich text and visible pending classification
- Single, precise "Resolved" emails, no duplicates on status flap
- Better deliverability for confirmations, password resets, and feedback updates
- Responsive email templates with Dark Mode and higher-resolution logos
Discovery, Kanban & filtering
Kanban becomes the default view for Feedback Themes, edge-to-edge layout, improved drag-and-drop, full-height empty-column interactions, and column headers that show contextual "X of Y" counts when filters hide items. Discovery now supports Owner and Evolution Stage filters (Genesis to Commodity), and filtering cascades so only related Hypotheses and Experiments appear under matching Opportunities.

- Kanban-first Feedback Themes with edge-to-edge responsive layout
- Improved drag-and-drop and full-height empty-column interactions
- Owner and Evolution Stage (Genesis to Commodity) filters in Discovery
- Cascading filters limit Hypotheses/Experiments to matching Opportunities
Search, integrations & app updates
A new Focus Mode for Landscape Map search fades non-matches while preserving zoom and context, so finding targets doesn't cost you your place in the graph. Workspace Settings was redesigned with a sliding nav and a centralized Integrations section, webhook routing and notification delivery were hardened, and the app now auto-detects new versions with a persistent refresh prompt.

What this means for you this week
- You decide how capability health is calculated, with the math visible, no more black-box scores.
- Dashboards reflect activity in real time via Signals, with snappier loads and accurate trendlines.
- Stories is a real authoring tool now, edit without losing context, schedule rollouts, and watch engagement.
- Strategy editing is direct: right-click, drag, drop, and delete safely, with orphans visible in Uncategorized.
- Feedback emails are timely, single-shot, and far more likely to land in your inbox.
