Feedback Inbox & Detail Experience

Added faster, more flexible feedback actions with both right-click and “…” menus across Feedback Inbox and Detail views, keeping key actions consistent and easy to access.
Reviewers can now approve or reject individual proposals even when only one proposal remains, and deleting feedback automatically clears out related proposal records so the Problems workspace stays current.
Improved commenting across Feedback, Theme, and Problem detail panels with restored visibility, a streamlined inline comment composer, and direct Add comment entry points from header menus.
Enhanced Problem collaboration by bringing comments into Canonical Problem detail panels, making it easier for teams to capture context and decisions alongside the issue.
Improved reliability for large workspaces so Theme detail and Problem graph views load more consistently.

Contact & Company Management

Expanded contact and company records to support richer relationship and qualification data, including linking contacts to companies, capturing ICP fit rationale, notes, and ICP fit scores, and surfacing those details consistently across create, update, search, and detail views.
Added more precise ICP fit and lifecycle status filtering in search, making it easier to segment and review contacts and companies at scale without manual post-processing.

Theme Brief and Close Theme now present a closure review with the existing Decision, delivery evidence, remaining scope, and a single acceptance step, containing long content within the dialog. Acceptance records scope; it does not prove Decision fulfilment. PM comprehension remains unresolved after a real DEV test.
Themes can now close with documented remaining Problem work, while missing Change or Capability links must be acknowledged before closure is accepted.
The accepted scope is preserved in a closure receipt, and source-specific completion acknowledgement is now recorded without altering the external tool.

Learning updates start explicitly, unchanged inputs are skipped, and the last adopted Learning is preserved if an update fails or becomes stale.
Delivery Timeline now shows only each Theme’s current adopted Learning, while earlier versions remain available in the detail history for reference.

Closure entries use divided rows, wrapping titles and aligned action groups with quiet review buttons. Theme metadata actions preserve the full Make decision button inside the detail container. Implemented and inspected locally in DEV; production release not verified.

Custom Experiment creation preserves the open form and draft when the methods list refreshes. Previously it could return to template selection. Implemented; release not verified.
