Discovery is now one place. Opportunities, Hypotheses, Experiments, and Insights are pulled into a single module with a Kanban pipeline with stages from Captured through Closed (Captured > Shaping > Testing > Validated > Implemented > Closed). Inline forms keep you moving without context switches, starter examples make the first run obvious, and a Push to Feedback action turns any finding into a feedback item with one click. Strategy pages now mirror the same hierarchy, Pillar > Bet > Opportunity, with KPIs and full-height charts, and graph/list/tree views are preserved across selection so you don't lose context.

Theme consolidation gets safer and smarter. Merge related or duplicate themes into a single target while preserving scores, linked feedback, and learnings, and merges are archived rather than deleted so they're reversible. AI surfaces the best merge targets with confidence and reasoning, and lets you pre-select the top suggestion. When closing a theme, AI-assisted recommendations can batch-close or keep linked feedback, with a summary of how many items were auto-closed.

Submit feedback with just a description, the system auto-generates a title and confirms submission, removing friction from reporting. AI classifies feedback immediately at submission with a visible processing indicator. Closed feedback is clearly marked with status badges and dimmed in the inbox so the active list stays focused, with status changes available from the detail view.

Create and link capabilities directly from search, theme suggestions, or context menus, new capabilities appear instantly in Capabilities and Impacted Capabilities, so you keep working without switching views. Link/unlink works from detail panels, and relationship views now reflect actual associations rather than just name matches. AI Link finds duplicate and related feedback to accelerate consolidation, and unlink/delete actions include an undo notification.

Explore and edit capability hierarchies on a zoomable, pannable canvas or an expandable tree/list, drag-and-drop to create, move, nest, un-nest, or delete in place without switching modes. Search and filters auto-expand matching branches and preserve filter state across views. Health rollups and an always-visible slider (with percentage labels and dimension names) make scoring intuitive.

New immersive Graph and Strategy Graph views (edge-to-edge) show a unified 3-tier hierarchy (Feedback > Themes > Capabilities) with a Tier Slider to move between overview and detail. Toggle Landscape modes between Health and Evolution to analyze by status or maturity, with Hide Closed, focused legends, and clearer node sizing/color gradients. Wardley Map view lands for strategy planning, drag-and-drop placement with precise snapping, an unplaced-items panel, and inline editing of Evolution and Visibility.

Graph interactions feel solid, siblings move naturally, parents stay fixed, the canvas stops jittering, Tier-1 labels are larger and readable, and right-click context menus expose node actions. A consistent Delete button and confirmation prompts across detail views reduce accidental removals, and deletions include an undo window. Persistent URLs keep your tab selection across refresh and sharing, and deep links open directly into capability, feedback, or theme details.

A public Changelog is now one click from the sidebar, no sign-in required, with a date-grouped timeline anyone can follow. The visual palette gets a refresh too: warmer mango/terracotta accent, theme-aware color system, and existing status colors preserved. The User Menu adds a theme switcher (Dark, Light, Auto) that saves your preference, with accessibility-focused contrast and shadow improvements.
