Complete change list
- Initiative Workspace Header & Metadata Polish: Elevated the Initiative Phase badge to the header eyebrow beside "Initiative · Decision brief" for instant lifecycle orientation, restoring the canonical 3-column metadata grid (
Scope,Strategic Anchor,Evidence basis). - Finding Layout & Status Alignment: In "What we know", the monospace severity code (
S0–S3) is rendered directly in the left gutter column with severity-coded color styling, replacing redundant1, 2, 3numbering and giving problem titles an unobstructed left alignment. The lifecycle status badge (ProblemStatusBadge, e.g.[Open],[Closed]) is right-aligned on the title row to mirror the Changes status badge placement. Maintained the fulfillment/resolution status (ProblemResolutionBadge, e.g.[Unverified],[Solved]) on the metadata line alongside the evidence count. Removed redundant collapse markers (· View finding) and inline accordion expansions in favor of direct right-panel drawer drilldown. - Redesigned Delivered Work & Changes Section: Replaced browser-native
<details>/<summary>accordion blocks with Outcomet-native relation list rows, introducing semanticChangeStatusBadgepills (e.g.Completed,In Progress,Draft) and suppressing chevron collapse markers (showChevron={false}). Clicking a change opens its full detail view directly in the right-side slide-over panel, eliminating clumsy inline accordions, artificial AI badges, colored container boxes, and raw PR markdown clutter while preserving instant drill-down.
