March 2026
March is the month the system started doing more of the work. The Feedback Inbox runs in real time with AI classifying submissions and filtering spam at the door. Live Signals power the dashboards, email aliases land as a new inbound connector, and underneath all of it the workspace got configurable. Theme of the month: Live and learning.
In this edition
From Andy
There was a Tuesday in March when I opened the Feedback Inbox first thing and didn't have anything to do. Three emails had come in overnight (one forwarded from a customer, two from email aliases), and a marketing newsletter that would have wasted thirty seconds of my morning. The forwarded ones were already classified (severity, type, sentiment), one had a capability suggestion attached at high confidence, and the marketing email had been quietly dropped by the spam filter before I'd have to delete it. I refreshed once just to make sure, then went to make coffee. That was the moment the inbox stopped being "the thing I use to triage feedback" and became "the thing that does the triage and shows me the result."

That moment is what March was about. Not features in isolation, but the system starting to pull its own weight. Live Signals replaced static snapshots so dashboards reflect what's actually happening right now. AI classification, spam filtering, and capability suggestions moved from "click to run" to "runs at submission." Audit logging, retries, and per-operation usage estimates landed too, which matters because the moment AI does more on your behalf, you also need to see what it did.
The other big thread was configuration. The Settings Dashboard, custom taxonomy, workspace-defined health metrics, per-workspace term overrides for Stories. I covered most of that on the blog this month, so I won't repeat it here. But it was the quiet partner to the live-and-learning story: the system needs to know your language before it can do the work for you.
Five release weeks. A lot of polish underneath. Nova gets a proper home next month.
Worth it.

The Feedback Inbox starts triaging itself
Inbound feedback became a live pipeline in March. Submissions appear in the inbox instantly with no manual refresh. AI analysis runs at submission and tags each item with a title, severity, type, and sentiment. AI-powered spam filtering automatically removes marketing newsletters, automated bounces, and obvious junk before they reach you. Auto-categorization maps the rest to product types and severity levels with much better accuracy. Email aliases also landed as a new inbound connector, with a centralized Connections & Data hub to manage external sources, and LinkedIn OAuth connectivity now imports posts into the right workspace.

The other half of the story is observability. Every AI action now lands in the Activity Ledger as part of a new AI audit log. Background per-operation usage estimates surface so you can see what AI is actually doing on your behalf. You can manually retry AI analysis from any feedback detail when you want a second pass. AI-assisted theme creation surfaces high-confidence capability matches with confidence badges and rationale, and accepted suggestions are recorded too.
Why it matters: the inbox moves from a place you do triage to a place where triage happens. The AI doesn't disappear behind a curtain, it shows its work. That's the shape of every AI feature that lasted in March.
Live across the board
The Command Center, the dashboards, the inbox. All moved from snapshots to streams. Live Signals (concept preview) power instant counts across views when strategy items change. KPI widgets load independently for snappier rendering, and historical timelines were corrected so 30-day trends and sparklines stop showing artificial spikes.

- Redesigned Command Center: 4x2 KPI grid, single time-window selector (7/30/90d), drill-downs
- Live Signals power instant updates across views
- Live totals and corrected historical timelines across all major dashboards
- Real-time Feedback Sync and Live Workspace Refresh for collaborators
- Accurate 30-day trends, sparklines, and protected core metrics
Configurable underneath
The other half of the month, covered more deeply on the blog. Workspaces became their own surface to shape: a centralized Settings Dashboard, taxonomy you can rename top to bottom, health math you can define and inspect, per-workspace term overrides.

- Centralized Settings Dashboard (Taxonomy, Decisions, Weights, Audit Log)
- Custom taxonomy with inline plural grammar and decision label overrides
- Custom Health Metrics with manual inputs or formulas, thresholds visible
- Per-workspace Stories term customization (Iterations, Tasks, Epics)
- Workspace-scoped progress, themes, and preferences (no cross-account bleed)
One graph, many lenses
Strategy and Capabilities consolidated into a single hierarchy with reliable drag-and-drop nesting. The Strategy Map got redesigned with Tree and Graph modes, deep-hover tracing reveals full ancestor and descendant paths, and edge rendering deduplicates redundant connectors so big maps stop looking like spaghetti.

Looking ahead
April picks up the live-and-learning thread and pushes it further. Nova (the AI agent) is set to reach across nearly every product entity, with configurable memory controls so long sessions hold context. The Changes page consolidates planning and delivery onto one timeline, and Command Bridge officially launches as the unified home for agents, capabilities, and rosters.
