February is the month the app got a name and a thesis. The rebrand to Outcomet ("From signals to outcomes.") landed alongside the foundational module set: a Feedback Inbox with inline triage and AI classification, AI-synthesized Learning Drafts from themes, capability management with health gauges and snapshots, a unified Discovery pipeline, and the first immersive Graph and Wardley Map views. February is when the product got serious. The thing that had been a sketch became a product with a name, a tagline, and a working loop from raw signal to outcome. The rebrand to Outcomet isn't really about a name change. It's a thesis: product management isn't just about managing inputs (a backlog, a roadmap, a list of features). It's about delivering outcomes, which means closing the loop between what users say, what gets built, and what actually moves the needle.

To make that thesis real, February shipped a lot of plumbing. Feedback capture got a rich Markdown editor and a global "Give Feedback" button that works from any screen, with AI doing first-pass classification at submission. Themes can be turned into structured Learning Drafts with one click, and reversible AI-assisted merges keep the theme list from sprawling. Capability management arrived as a complete module: health gauges with overrides and trends, dependency chains, snapshots and rollback. Discovery got unified into one Kanban pipeline (Captured > Shaping > Testing > Validated > Implemented > Closed). Strategy got an immersive 3-tier Graph and a real Wardley Map.

If March was about the system pulling its own weight, February was about the system existing as a system in the first place.

Welcome to Outcomet

The app rebranded to Outcomet with the tagline "From signals to outcomes." UI icons, site title, and social/share metadata were all updated. The rebrand isn't surface decoration. It frames the product's intent: turn raw inbound signals (feedback, ideas, telemetry) into measurable outcomes through a connected loop. Capture, synthesize, decide, act. Everything that shipped in February is the first concrete step in that loop, which is why it feels less like a coat of paint and more like a foundation pour.

A refreshed visual palette landed alongside the rebrand: warmer mango/terracotta accent, theme-aware color system, Dark/Light/Auto theme controls, and accessibility-focused contrast and shadow improvements. The User Menu remembers your theme preference. A public Changelog is one click from the sidebar (no sign-in required) so anyone can follow what's shipping in a date-grouped timeline.

The inbox starts to think

Feedback capture became universal. A persistent global "Give Feedback" button submits from any screen, with shareable links and contributor history. The composer supports Markdown formatting (live render with raw toggle), and submitting with just a description works too because the system auto-generates a title. AI classifies severity, type, frequency, and reporter at submission, and produces a copy-ready summary you can share downstream.

Triage moved into the detail view. Inline badges for Status, Severity, and Type, a sentiment-first field (neutral/happy/angry/confused/mixed), Link to Theme, Find Duplicates, and an inline Source dropdown. The Theme detail surfaces representative feedback examples, and a new Synthesize Theme action turns themes into structured Learning Drafts (summary, likely causes, impacted capabilities, recommended next steps), saved into a reusable library. From any theme, one click creates a Proposal, Requirement, or Experiment. AI-assisted theme merging surfaces the best consolidation targets with confidence and reasoning, and merges are archived (not deleted) so they're reversible.

A real visual landscape

Strategy and capabilities got their first proper visual surface. An immersive edge-to-edge 3-tier Graph shows Feedback > Themes > Capabilities with a Tier Slider to move between overview and detail. A new Wardley Map view supports drag-and-drop placement with precise snapping, an unplaced-items panel, and inline editing of Evolution and Visibility. Strategy pages show the Pillar > Bet > Opportunity hierarchy with KPIs and full-height charts.

Capability management arrived as a complete module. Capability Cards show a single aggregated Health gauge with a clear percentage. The detail view lets you update summaries and owners, adjust Health (with overrides and short-term trends), edit KPIs, link themes and initiatives, and manage Dependencies with full chain visualization. Filter by cluster, maturity, owner, or health range. Capture Snapshots of the current state and roll back when needed.

Discovery, end to end

The new Discovery module unites Opportunities, Hypotheses, Experiments, and Insights into one pipeline with a Kanban that runs from Captured through Closed (Captured > Shaping > Testing > Validated > Implemented > Closed). Inline forms keep you moving without context switches, starter examples make the first run obvious, and a Push to Feedback action turns any finding into a feedback item with one click. Experiments can be created and run on the fly, and synthesized learnings attach directly to capabilities, initiatives, or evidence so the loop from signal to outcome closes cleanly.

Sprint Goals tie initiatives to capability changes so execution stays aligned with strategy. KPI ingestion supports growth frameworks (including AARRR) for tracking product growth alongside capabilities. Editable business cases at product, initiative, and cluster levels support financial and strategic planning.
