- Redesigned Contact and Company detail views with a clearer Brief / Technical two-tab layout, inline editable names and subtitles, and cleaner related-record sections for feedback, profiles, and cross-entity links.
- Added faster navigation between related contacts and companies, with direct click-through to connected records, smooth back-and-forth transitions, and clearer return-path labeling to preserve context.
- Improved the directory experience with an in-page split-panel detail view on desktop, independent table scrolling with sticky headers, and fixed page controls so users can browse large lists while keeping key filters and KPIs visible.
Themes & Decisions
- Related Problems, Decisions and Learning history open in the existing Theme detail area with Back navigation. Decision connected work also opens in place. Implemented; release not verified.
- Theme-linked Feedback and Changes use their canonical detail content, including a Change reached through Capability. Brief contains narrative; Technical contains execution context, provenance and maintenance. Implemented; release not verified.
- Older Learning versions can be removed from history and restored, while the current version, immutable content and Decision references remain protected. Removal confirmation appears inline. Implemented; release not verified.
- Opening a Theme with unchanged Problem/Evidence inputs no longer schedules another Learning. Failed synthesis does not save fallback content, and stale or duplicate automatic promotions are rejected or reused. Implemented; release not verified.
- Removing a Theme or Feedback preserves associated Problems, Evidence and planning history. Theme deletion uses in-app confirmation, and Undo restores the original Theme identity. Implemented; release not verified.
- The Themes list reads all available pages and shows filtered/total counts. Theme source context lists distinct Feedback sources with evidence counts. Implemented; release not verified.
- Linking an existing Problem remains available with an empty cache or zero links, with server search, paging and Retry. Read-only users cannot link or unlink. Implemented; release not verified.
- Explicit Learning regeneration can create a new version for unchanged inputs while retaining stale-input checks. Automatic reopening still suppresses duplicates. Implemented; release not verified.
- Active relation lists exclude removed Feedback sources and Themes. Closing or replacing Theme selection clears stale Decision context while preserving intentional deep links. Implemented; release not verified.
Evidence fidelity and suggestion review
- Theme synthesis now receives the cited canonical Evidence text and source IDs, which were previously omitted from its model input. Problem analysis fails when evidence is left unclassified instead of silently treating it as background. Implemented; Trigger release not verified.
- MCP Theme counts, linked Feedback and evidence references follow canonical Problem membership, including Themes using canonical Problems before workspace activation. Removed sources and dismissed evidence are excluded; current Learning selection uses its stored identity. Implemented and tested on Staging; production release not verified.
- Saved Change capability suggestions become unavailable for acceptance after relevant Capability or accepted relationship changes until regenerated. Existing proposal payloads are retained. Implemented and tested on Staging; production release not verified.
