Choose how to analyze an existing signal
For an already-analyzed signal, choose the action that fits the task:

- Re-run full analysis re-extracts evidence items and runs problem analysis again while preserving confirmed Problem and learning links. Use it from the Signal Detail footer, the header menu, or the right-click menu.
- Find Problems, in the Problems section header, runs matching on the evidence items already extracted.
- Discovery evidence items show their kind, such as a job, pain, precondition, or gain, along with prompting-weight indicators such as Prompted 0.7x and Leading prompt 0.25x.
- Analysis can propose a Contradicts existing Problem link when a participant’s preconditions or current way of working conflict with an existing workspace Problem.
Inspect conversation segments and speaker details
Transcripts and meeting notes in Signals are segmented by conversation purpose, such as problem interviews, solution demos, support, or internal discussions, and matched to participant contact profiles and prior call history.

- In Signal Detail, inspect segment purposes, speaker relationships, and buying signals. Confirm a participant’s Speaker Evidence Class with one click: B (Buyer), P (Practitioner), or X (Non-Target).
- In the Signals Inbox, filter by Segment purpose or Speaker relationship.
Separate messaging conversations from public discussions
Signals distinguish Messenger conversations from Community discussions.

- Messenger covers WhatsApp, Slack, Signal, Telegram, Microsoft Teams, and LinkedIn DMs. Community covers public forums and social-media threads such as Reddit, Hacker News, Discourse, and LinkedIn posts.
- Attribution headers and timestamped chat messages resolve and link external contacts, with tolerance for close-name typos. Internal capture reporters and internal workspace contacts are recognized as hosts.
Configure Granola and revisit skipped meeting notes
Connection tiles show Configure and Disconnect actions. Opening a connection displays the Active Connections queue alongside a Focus Brief.

- In the Granola Focus Brief, Sync Now saves unsaved filter or folder changes before syncing. After a sync, Save updates settings without repeating a full sync unless folders or filters were broadened.
- Relaxing import filters or syncing with a bounded date range re-evaluates previously skipped notes in selected folders.
- Sync preserves external attendees who have no email address. An internal-only meeting is skipped only if the invite includes at least one internal colleague other than the owner and no external participants. Excluded title keywords use word-boundary matching.
Check for matching Problems in larger workspaces
- In the Feedback detail Problem review section, the page checks up to 1,000 open and 1,000 closed workspace Problems for duplicates and closed-status matches.
- Feedback problem analysis handles workspaces with more than 500 open Problems by shortlisting up to 80 open and closed candidate Problems per Feedback item from up to 5,000 Problems across the workspace. A proposal whose normalized title matches an existing workspace Problem becomes a reuse proposal instead of creating a duplicate.
