Week of March 30, 2026

A strategy-visualization week. The Strategy Map gets a stable redesign with two distinct view modes, exports honor what you're actually looking at, and the operations hub is renamed Command Bridge ahead of its full launch. Highlight: Strategy Map redesign with Tree and Graph modes, toggle between hierarchical clarity and a deduplicated relationship view.

Strategy Map redesign with Tree and Graph modes

The Strategy Map was redesigned for clearer, stable layouts, large hierarchies no longer overlap, and expand/collapse behavior is smooth so you can scan and edit big strategy trees without nodes jumping. Two view modes give you the lens you need: Tree Mode with explicit parent-child duplication, or Graph Mode with a deduplicated network view. Smarter interactions complete the picture: deep-hover tracing highlights full ancestor/descendant paths, and Opportunities and Bets now surface their root Capabilities so capability ancestry is always visible.

  • Stable layouts for large hierarchies, no overlap, smoother expand/collapse
  • Tree Mode (explicit parent-child duplication)
  • Graph Mode (deduplicated network view)
  • Deep-hover tracing for ancestor/descendant paths
  • Capability ancestry surfaced from Opportunities and Bets
  • Cleaner edge rendering, fewer redundant connectors
  • Visual links render correctly across Graph, Tree, Wardley views and on side-panel resize

Discovery, pipeline & research

End-to-end linking between Hypotheses, Bets, and Experiments is restored, so discovery artifacts surface correctly across Discovery and on the right places in dashboards and boards. Pipeline and board counts now align with dashboard KPIs (Opportunities, Bets, etc.), and connected workspaces see consolidated Hypotheses and opportunities instead of fragmented or missing items. Creation flows are streamlined with a persistent action area and standardized "New [Entity]" labels.

  • Restored linking between Hypotheses, Bets, Experiments
  • Pipeline/board counts aligned with dashboard KPIs
  • Linked-workspace support: consolidated Hypotheses and opportunities
  • Persistent action area and standardized "New [Entity]" labels
  • Faster KPI loading at login, placeholder/mock data removed for clearer empty states

Strategy export

Strategy JSON export lands in the action header (More Options) and honors active filters and visible layers, search, assignee, status, hidden tracks, and owner filtering all apply. You get exactly the items and links visible on your map, with clear warnings when no items match.

  • Exports honor search, assignee, status, hidden tracks, owner filtering
  • Clear warnings when no items match the current filter

Command Bridge, agents & dashboards

The main operations hub is now called Command Bridge (appears as Bridge in the side nav), with smoother tab switching and faster access to Agents, setting the stage for the full launch later in April. A new real-time metric, Total Agent Work, lands on dashboards with historical backfill so you can see AI workload trends per workspace immediately.

  • New Total Agent Work metric on dashboards, with historical backfill

Navigation, profiles & UX polish

Main navigation and sidebar got centered layout and reduced visual jitter, workspace names appear in the profile menu, hover/tooltips improved, and legend colors are more consistent for immediate Opportunities-vs-Bets recognition. ProfilePage display-name edits are optimistic for snappier feedback, and accessibility coverage expanded with smoother sidebar loading and broader screen-reader support.

  • Optimistic display-name edits on ProfilePage
  • Smoother sidebar loading and expanded screen-reader support

Billing, plans & account flows

The billing model simplifies to four tiers, Early Access, Builder, Team, Organization, with clearer limits, a 20% launch discount, and 15% annual savings surfaced across the app. Upgrade paths and entitlements are consistent for legacy and enterprise customers. Password recovery and signup edge cases were fixed too: reset links, token validation, and self-service flows now behave reliably with clear messaging on errors.

  • Four-tier billing: Early Access, Builder, Team, Organization
  • 20% launch discount and 15% annual savings cues across the app
  • Consistent upgrade paths and entitlements for legacy and enterprise
  • Reliable password recovery and signup edge cases with clear error messaging

Performance, reliability & monitoring

Synthesize Learning (manual and automated) avoids duplicate or orphaned records during timeouts and parallel updates, and excludes closed/stale nodes for cleaner Insights. Synchronization across Pillars, Opportunities, Capabilities, and Bets prevents misgrouping so the map and dashboards reflect the current project state. Error monitoring was tuned to reduce noise and preserve privacy while surfacing actionable diagnostics, and environment labels (production, staging, local) are correct everywhere.

What this means for you this week

  • Strategy maps stay readable at scale, pick Tree or Graph mode for the lens you need.
  • Discovery artifacts link end-to-end again, with pipeline counts that match dashboard KPIs.
  • JSON exports give you exactly what's on your screen, filters and visibility included.
  • Dashboards now show how much AI work is actually happening in each workspace.
  • Billing is simpler (four tiers) and account recovery flows just work.
