  • Dynamic Cadence & Timing Labels: Playbook timing controls now dynamically adapt to the target channel (e.g. "Post-Follow / Warm Quiet Window" and "Give-Up Wait (Days)" on Bluesky & X, eliminating LinkedIn-specific terminology).
  • Outreach Pipeline Stage Presets: Expanded campaign and playbook stage funnels with realistic intermediate outreach states (Outreach sent, Pitch sent, Invite sent, DM sent, Followed) and consistent closed states (No reply, Declined) across all campaign goals.
  • Instant UI State Refresh: Linking, resyncing, or editing campaign stages now updates local campaign state immediately in 0ms without requiring a manual page refresh (F5).
  • Multi-Channel Campaign Types: Added native support for Bluesky outbound (bluesky_outbound) campaigns and playbooks alongside LinkedIn, X, and Email.
  • Link Playbook to Existing Campaigns: Added interactive capability to attach or change Playbooks on existing campaigns (eliminating "No playbook defined" dead-ends), with options to either keep existing stages or adopt the playbook's stages with interactive member remapping and live member count previews.
  • The Delivery Timeline canvas graph no longer drops all elements or renders a blank canvas when panning or jumping between dates. Panning is now bounded to the content extent, jump navigation vertically centers the timeline, and layout arrays are no longer cleared to empty arrays by a brittle virtualization filter.
  • The Delivery Timeline canvas graph performance when panning and navigating across history is now silky smooth. Eliminating coordinate shifts and enabling native element virtualization ensures that only visible nodes and edges exist in the DOM, preventing frame drops, stutter, or lag when scrolling backwards into older changes.
  • When accepting an AI capability suggestion in the Change detail modal, remaining suggestions remain visible and operable instead of disappearing from the suggestions list. A manual Refresh action is also available when suggestion state is stale.
  • Capability proposal generation progress spinners in the Change detail dialog and Delivery graph now dismiss properly when generation completes, resolving an issue where the spinner could spin indefinitely.
  • Added direct 1-click actions ("Link", "Create & Link", "Dismiss") for proposed capabilities into the Change detail "Brief" overview tab, eliminating the need to navigate to the "Technical" tab to take action.
  • Confirmed capability leaves on the Delivery Timeline graph are now prominently highlighted with a saturated emerald border and glow, while their parent category nodes render with a quiet, subtle emerald border, establishing a clear visual hierarchy between directly delivered capabilities and their taxonomy ancestors.
  • The global entity detail drawer no longer renders with a 24-pixel left gap or clipped content when navigating between Change details and Capability details.
  • Added a right-click context menu to canvas nodes on the Delivery Timeline graph, providing 1-click options to Link, Create & Link, Dismiss, or View in Details for proposed capabilities, as well as context actions for confirmed capabilities and changes.
  • The Delivery Timeline canvas graph now renders suggested capabilities visually in the capability tree above the Change card, branching under common ancestor categories alongside confirmed capability links, styled with distinct subtle dashed borders and "Proposed" / "New · Proposed" labels to clearly distinguish them from confirmed capabilities.
  • On the Delivery Timeline graph, ancestor nodes above proposed capabilities now render in matching muted gray rather than appearing as confirmed green capabilities, clearly communicating that the entire branch is part of the proposed capability hierarchy rather than already delivered.
  • Clicking any proposed capability node on the Delivery Timeline graph now opens the Change detail drawer focused directly on the targeted suggestion with an automatic scroll and focus highlight ring.
  • Consistent English Feedback Titles & Summaries: Inbound feedback submitted in German or other languages is now automatically synthesized with an English title and summary to maintain consistency across the English Outcomet workspace, while preserving verbatim customer evidence in its original source language.
  • Consolidated company and contact mutation tools into company_upsert and contact_upsert in Outcomet MCP. AI agents can create or update companies and contacts idempotently with automatic resolution by ID, unique domain/email, or name.
  • Contact upsert supports automatic company association via company_domain, allowing contacts to be linked to companies without pre-querying the company UUID.
  • Retained full backward compatibility for existing company_create, company_update, contact_create, and contact_update tool calls.
  • Added company_upsert and contact_upsert tools to the MCP server. AI agents can create or update companies and contacts idempotently with automatic resolution by ID, unique domain/email, or name.
  • Added support for company_domain parameter on contact_upsert, allowing contacts to be associated with companies directly by domain name.
