Contact & Company Management
- Connected AI clients can use company_upsert and contact_upsert to create or update a record. Matching uses its ID first, then company domain or contact email; name matching is used when no domain or email is supplied.
- A contact can be linked to an existing company by companyDomain when no company ID is supplied. The company must already exist in the workspace. Writes require contacts:write access.
- Existing company_create, company_update, contact_create, and contact_update tools remain supported.
- Contact reads and searches include role category, seniority and location alongside the existing title and primary LinkedIn profile, when those fields are present.
Feedback Language
- Feedback classification produces an English title and summary, including for feedback submitted in another language. The supporting evidence keeps the customer's original words and language.
