Feedback Analysis & Resolution

In this edition

Feedback Analysis & Resolution

  • Improved AI Problem Analysis so it works reliably even when feedback is already linked to closed or previously matched problems, while clearly flagging proposals that match an existing closed Problem.
  • Made Feedback detail more transparent by keeping closed problems and unlinked evidence visible, with inline controls to show or hide closed items and easier access to supporting quotes and citations.
  • Streamlined Feedback resolution with a clearer primary action and an explicit option to close related evidence, plus stronger guidance when open canonical problems remain attached.

Problem Management

  • Problem Details and Feedback Problem Review now keep active evidence counts and detail rows focused on currently linked support, automatically filtering out unlinked or dismissed evidence.
  • When all supporting evidence is removed from a problem that’s still referenced by historical Decisions or Learnings, the problem is now automatically marked closed (obsolete) instead of surfacing a blocking reference error.

Initiative Workspaces

  • Initiatives have a dedicated main navigation entry with Decisions, Kanban and relative Planning. Existing Feedback portfolio bookmarks redirect, while ordinary Feedback visits retain Inbox, Problems and Graph. Implemented and inspected in DEV; production release is not verified.
  • Full-page review centers a framed decision brief with optional supporting details and Nova. Normal card clicks open details; portfolio filters and selection survive return. Desktop list details stay in the page, while graph/mobile details overlay it. Implemented; production release is not verified.
  • Kanban uses six derived work phases plus Status unknown and falls back to collapsible sections when columns do not fit. Dragging requests a reviewed action, not an arbitrary phase overwrite. The page shell remains visible while data loads or refresh fails. Implemented; production release is not verified.

Goals and Decisions

  • Missing goals can be prepared as three editable directions with short success-criteria lists, or entered manually. Preparation considers existing Strategy and evidence, but tested suggestions remain too feature-oriented. Human confirmation is required. Live DEV preparation is verified; production release is not verified.
  • Goals and outcome/correction records retain history. Outcome review presents findings and uncertainty beside the agreed goal; structured automatic evidence-to-goal comparison is not implemented. Implemented; production release is not verified.
  • PMs can record a Decision for selected Problem scope and finish an Initiative by accepting recorded delivery, confirming investigation findings, or explicitly ending with unresolved scope. Investigation does not require a Change. Receipts preserve uncertainty without marking Evidence reviewed, resolving shared Problems or creating follow-up work. Implemented locally with DEV support; production release is not verified.
  • Existing Themes are displayed as Initiatives, and the Capabilities module is named Product while Capability/Feature object terminology and technical identifiers remain intact. Implemented; release not verified.
