A heavy week on the graph layer. Changes now lives on a horizontal timeline you can pan and zoom, and themes can be arranged on a Roadmap Canvas with Now/Next/Later horizons. ora.ai joins Signals, Stories share one resizable editor, and graph visuals are tunable and exportable. Highlight: the Roadmap Canvas and graph-first Changes view put strategy and history on the same canvas.

A canvas for strategy, a timeline for history

Two new graph-first surfaces landed together. Changes now lives on a horizontal timeline you can pan, zoom, search, and jump through by day, week, or month, with embedded learning cards and direct links from each change back to the capabilities and themes it touched. Planning, in parallel, picked up a Roadmap Canvas that treats feedback themes as strategy nodes you can drag, chain, and branch on an open canvas. Themes auto-cluster into Now, Next, and Later horizons, with a dynamic Today root that keeps focus tight.

One control bar, many lenses

Capabilities, Changes, and Feedback share the same graph control bar now, with the same options for spacing, connections, color themes, edge opacity, and layout force. Per-graph customization sits inside it: fill alpha, border styling, label typography, and hero labels for top-level groups so dense graphs stay readable. Settings persist for the browser session and can be exported as JSON to copy and reapply elsewhere.

ora.ai joins Signals

Signals picked up ora.ai as a source. You can connect multiple domains, pick daily auto-sync or manual, and watch per-domain health from inside Signals. The ora.ai score and its layer breakdown render directly on Signals graphs and detail panels, and optional insight cards surface suggested next steps. The Signals UI itself also got a pass: a searchable graph mode, redesigned node cards, and clearer error messaging when a sync fails.

Stories get a single editing surface

There is one resizable Rich Text Editor across the app now, with a consistent toolbar, keyboard-accessible drag-to-resize, and a clean read-only view. Titles and synopses are editable inline from the story detail view, and a new right-hand Story Drawer lets you preview status, synopsis, external artifacts, rollout schedule, and metadata without leaving the catalog. Deletions and external artifact changes reflect in the catalog right away with deduplicated notifications.

Detail panels speak the same language

Linked-item sections are now standardized across Capability, Theme, Feedback, and Feedback Chunk details, so the layout of "related records" reads the same no matter where you land. Detail navigation also shares one animated stack behavior across Capability and Theme, and Change detail panels link directly to the capabilities and themes a change touched. Each linked-item section can collapse, expand, search locally, sort A-Z, and switch between short and verbose density, and those preferences persist across reloads.

Polish, defaults, and brand

Big-graph interactions are faster: zoom and pan are snappier, large graphs load in stages, settings updates apply immediately, and labels behave smarter during motion. Unconfigured workspaces now open with Capabilities health marked healthy by default and ship with finalized light/dark palettes and typography. Merriweather is the new sidebar logo and primary heading font for a more editorial feel, and the main command label across the app standardized to "Deploy Member."
