New graph-first Changes view visualizes shipped work on a horizontal timeline and surfaces how each change connects to capabilities, feedback themes, and related learnings; the existing chronological timeline remains available as a secondary list.

Context-aware search, filters, and timeline navigation controls let users narrow results and move through changes by change, day, week, or month without losing context.
Pan/zoom controls and readable day/week/month markers make timeline exploration precise and scannable.

Inline capability trees above changes and feedback branches below provide direct and indirect capability context, with stronger visual emphasis where feedback is more concentrated.
Learning cards surfaced under linked feedback themes expose evidence and likely next steps so teams can inspect outcomes and plan follow-ups without leaving the graph.
Standardized change detail panels and direct capability/theme link management unify graph and detail-pane workflows for reviewing and closing gaps.

Visual and interaction refinements improve graph readability and navigation (clearer relation labels, timeline jump icons, sensible zoom limits) while streamlining the main graph view and keeping a compact KPI snapshot in the timeline list.
The Delivery module advances to Alpha, reflecting these new graph, navigation, detail, and learning workflows.
