Complete change list
- The Close Problem dialog offers a checked-by-default control to opt out of evidence resolution and describes the evidence count as an upper bound.
- The Initiative phase dialog also exposes the supporting-evidence impact and an opt-out while closing selected Problems sequentially. The legacy resolution dialog retains its prior evidence scope.
- Closing a Problem in its detail view or selected Problem scope during Initiative closure resolves open supporting evidence by default. Context, contradicting evidence and chunks shared with other unresolved Problems remain unchanged; parent feedback closes only when none of its chunks remain open.
- When all supporting evidence is already resolved, the Problem detail offers a closure action that pre-fills the note and opens a save-ready dialog.
- Accurate Profile Provenance in Reads: Contact detail and search queries now return
primaryProfile.urlexclusively from real, persisted external accounts and verified source references, eliminating misleading profiles inferred from free-text notes. Demoted accounts are excluded from reads. - Campaign Member Profile Filtering & Auto-Linking: Campaign queries now support filtering by missing profile URLs, making it simple to find and backfill members without connected profiles. Updating a contact's profile URL automatically re-points campaign members to the new primary account while preserving interaction history.
- Contact LinkedIn Profiles via MCP: External integrations and database RPC callers can now attach or update a contact's LinkedIn profile URL directly via
upsert_mcp_contactwithout requiring network source provenance. The URL is normalized, stored as a canonicalcontact_accountsrecord, and indexed for search. (Companionoutcomet-mcp#63unlocks agent tool invocations). - Nova's preparation milestones now appear inside the active status box and disappear once the sample package is ready. Saved Feedback inventory and Continue remain visible after completion; failed attempts retain progress inside the retry box.
- Nova now shows live milestones for saved customer messages, classification, customer-needs analysis and connected workspace preparation. The latest correction replaces the three expandable Demo previews with all eight saved sources/topics in a compact inventory. Partial sets report their actual count; retained batches use recorded channels without invented format labels. Own Feedback retains expandable details.
- New onboarding Demo packages create real parent Capabilities for product areas inferred from the accepted website context, rather than a decorative product frame. Every extracted child belongs to exactly one inferred area; the number and names vary by product. Current Slack DEV has five inferred areas, and source-specific grouping checks for Calendly and Linear produce different areas. The no-website route uses the reviewed fictional scheduling hierarchy.
- Nova rotates small space-themed phrases every five seconds alongside factual progress during observable, unstalled preparation. There is no pause button; rotation stops on completion, failure, stall or observation error.
- Retrying Nova's example preparation now reuses completed classification and ready analyses of the eight saved messages, and starts only unfinished stages. Previously each retry classified all eight again, allowing a new failure to prevent the missing analyses.
- When website examples no longer contain live messages, Nova points to Reset onboarding instead of inviting unavailable intake. The route without a website still offers intake. Implemented and covered by focused regressions; the empty-source live flow was not rerun.
- New customer accounts show each page KPI only while its finite displayed numeric value exceeds 10. Existing accounts retain their presentation. Actual items, navigation and metric configuration choices remain accessible.
- Website setup blocks fictional fallback selection while analysis runs; Nova help offers own-feedback intake only without an accepted website source.
- Experiments board titles and linked Initiative/Hypothesis labels occupy at most two lines. Type badges appear in the footer, leaving titles their full width; details retain complete content.
- Demo experiments use compact names, with full fictional, unexecuted plans in Results / Outlines. Current Slack DEV examples and linked Initiative/Hypothesis labels were shortened while preserving relationships and lifecycle. Implemented and verified in DEV; fresh model generation and production release not verified.
- Onboarding preserves generated product-area parents across retries and keeps an identical product brief stable. Fictional Demo initiatives/proposals are refused before tracker exports. New-account metric thresholds apply only to page KPI grids; detail values and configuration remain readable. Failed or removed website examples offer continuation while keeping the product brief. Status updates announce one factual line and respect reduced-motion preferences.
- Partial results continue updating after a preparation failure, retaining messages and completed summaries. A DEV retry visibly changed classification from four to six of eight messages, then failed again; this is not a completed Demo package or pipeline-recovery claim.
- New sample generation requests eight communication formats, including Sales call, Support ticket, Problem interview and Customer journey insight; the reviewed no-website scenario carries the same formats. Implemented and checked locally; fresh live generation and release not verified.
- Nova's Add signal and own-feedback invitations now appear only without an accepted website brief. Previously saved Feedback stays visible on either route. Implemented locally and verified on the current DEV Slack website screen; no production release verified.
- The Feedback request “MCP Contact Provenance and LinkedIn Matching” was reopened while its linked Problems remained open. Its Change links and open Evidence chunks were retained. Corrected in the live workspace.
- Signals Navigation Default: Clicking "Signals" in the top navigation now reliably opens the Signals Inbox by default, rather than restoring a previously viewed "Problems" tab from localStorage.
- Permissions use the existing Admin, Editor and Viewer account roles managed centrally in Members. Teams group people; assignments do not change roles or access. Individual-object sharing controls and their mutation path are retired.
- Settings / Members now groups people in a collapsible team list with team editing, unique-person counts, search and additive Include archived. The former Teams route redirects to Members.
- Responsibility appears inline in existing entity editorial sentences or in canonical metadata where no sentence exists. Initiative and Problem details no longer have a separate Responsibility/Access block before their workflow context.
- Work Items can remain mounted with no item selected without crashing on a missing ID. Removing Onboarding demo data can clean up relationships after their parent is deleted, while preserving central role, workspace and billing checks. Implemented and verified locally; remote release not verified.
