Validation Tree & Graph

Replaced the old Pipeline view with an interactive, full-bleed Validation Tree graph that visualizes Opportunities, selected Bets, linked Capabilities, and nested Experiment validation trees with radial progress indicators.
Nodes are fully interactive: clicking opens contextual detail slides and the canvas supports drag-and-drop rearrangement for evidence flow and relationship discovery.
UI clarity improvements include a floating header and filters bar, a consistent bottom-right horizontal legend, and restored graph controls for predictable interaction.

Introduced a compact, floating Bets panel that groups items by parent Opportunity, unifies unassigned items under a single "Unassigned Opportunities" header, and provides search and progress bars for fast navigation.
Opportunity groups are collapsible to reduce clutter, and primary creation of Bets is now handled inline from the page header for a more focused workflow.

Rebuilt the Experiments view into a full-featured Kanban board with five validation stages (Backlog, Designed, Running, Analyzing, Concluded) and drag-and-drop status updates to simplify lifecycle management.
Experiment cards now surface key details at a glance—objectives, method/type badges, linked Bets/Hypotheses, cost/duration estimates, learning counters, and external integration indicators—so teams can triage and act faster.
Added many-to-many linking between Bets, Hypotheses, and Experiments, and consolidated insights into the generic Feedback stream for a single source of truth for learnings.

Standardized slide-out detail sheets across Opportunities, Bets, Experiments, Hypotheses, and Capabilities with inline title editing and consistent relation management to reduce context switching.
Non-modal sheets now close on outside click and allow the background board to receive that same click in a single interaction, improving speed of navigation and editing.
Feedback and Learnings are now presented as in-stack sliding panes within Experiment and Hypothesis details, preserving a simple back-navigation flow and keeping context while drilling in.
Relationship sections gained collapse controls plus search, sort, and density options so users can scale detail views to their workflow.

Replaced plain-text inputs with rich markdown editors for Objectives and Results to support structured, readable experiment artifacts.
Streamlined metadata display to surface the most relevant fields (Type, Status, Evidence Strength, Cost, Duration, Created At, Updated At) without duplication, and fixed learning selector labeling for clearer reporting.

Harmonized icons and color language across Discovery and Strategy: Bet now uses the Coins icon with a unified blue styling; other entities (e.g., Experiments, Hypotheses) have standardized prefix icons and colors to improve visual scanning.
Standardized card styling across boards (hover elevation, full-wrap text, confidence gauges) and cleaned up detail-view visual inconsistencies for a more cohesive, predictable interface.
