Search Problems, review Signals, and use updated workspace controls
In this edition
Search Problems by question or identifier
- In Nova and connected MCP clients, search canonical Problems with German or English questions, symptom paraphrases, UUIDs, exact titles, or technical terms. Status, severity, Initiative, and explicit Demo-batch filters apply before ranking.
- Results report lexical fallback and embedding coverage, including when completeness is limited. Reads without a query keep the deterministic list. Continued MCP searches reject cursors with a stale scope, revision, or mode.
- Search handles the reproduced 5,008-Problem import case without timing out. Ordinary filtered Problem lists retain their fields, counts, and page ordering.
Classify interview evidence for problem discovery
- Automated AI agent and MCP feedback is excluded when identifying external conversation participants, so agent submissions aren't misclassified as customer interviews.
- Market and substitute-tool workflow pains in problem interviews are extracted as outcome gaps at S2 minimum and remain eligible for Problem proposals.
- German and English live product walkthroughs in call transcripts longer than 20,000 characters are segmented as Solution Demo.
Review interview details and speaker evidence
- Interview Signals show a read-only Speakers section in Brief. Conversation segments and evidence-kind metadata appear in Technical.
- Signal Format is editable, with options for interview, sales call, messenger message, support ticket, community post, in-app note, and agent observation. Ingestion Channel is read-only. Changing the format prompts for confirmation before re-analysis.
- MCP Signals identify both the triggering AI client (Claude, Gemini, or Codex) and the submitting workspace member. Authenticated users can confirm a speaker evidence class in Signals.
- After re-analysis, problem analysis waits for Stage 2 evidence calibration before starting, so approving proposals does not fail with stale analysis input.
Sort and group Signals in the Inbox
- Signals appear in a borderless card-row table with a sticky header for Signal, Status, Date, Reporter, Problems, and Evidence. Sort by clicking column headers; columns fold into compact panes to fit the container.
- Group the filtered signal dataset by Date, Status, Source, Company, or None. Search, Filter, Sort, and Group-By sit in a compact icon-first toolbar that expands on hover or focus.
Use updated workspace views and controls
- List/Table and Graph views use tuned Light and Dark canvas presets. KPI and Signal cards start in a compact, collapsed layout.
- Workspace search stays visible while idle, and page-header creation actions appear as buttons rather than text-only links.
- Light and Dark workspace canvases, list/table cards, and detail panels have updated glass-like surfaces. Detail gradients are consistent across inline panels and sheets; borders and form outlines are calibrated for both themes. Feedback detail sections match the bordered card style used for Problems.
- Constructive primary action buttons, including Add signal, Add initiative, and Confirm approach, and primary dialog confirmations use blue styling in Light and Dark modes. Destructive actions such as Delete, Disconnect, and Remove retain red styling.
- Workspace view switchers and Brief and Technical tabs use segmented buttons. The Discovery Decisions tab shows its open decision count in a red badge.
