Source Linking
- Expanded feedback source management with direct linking and unlinking from the inbox, detail views, and contact/company records.
- Improved multi-source workflows so a feedback item can be associated with multiple people and companies, with smarter handling for ad-hoc and multi-company contacts.
- Made the source tree and linking experience more usable at scale with sticky, collapsible, and progressively loading navigation, plus immediate updates when links change.
Theme Learning
- Restored automatic creation and updating of Theme Learning cards when feedback chunks are linked or unlinked.
- Fixed the Synthesize Learning Draft action so theme insights can be generated reliably from the theme details view.
Capability Health
- Improved the accuracy of Capability Health history by preserving repeated same-day edits, retaining explicit 0% values, and showing unscored capabilities correctly.
- Aligned signal freshness filters with the underlying signal states so Fresh, Delayed, Stale, and Broken categories stay consistent.
