The interface moved onto one shell this week: a single topbar, one flat surface, and detail panels that sit beside the list instead of on top of it. Theme Detail split into a Brief tab and a Technical tab, and agent chat stopped looking like a stack of cards. Highlight: the whole app now runs on one consistent shell.

The app moves onto one shell

Outcomet used to wear slightly different chrome depending on where you were standing. That's gone. A single topbar carries the active workspace name with the primary pipeline navigation left-aligned, so you can see which workspace you're in and which stage of the loop you're looking at without hunting for it. Profile, settings, and the global feedback control moved to the top-right, where they stop competing with the actual workflow.

The surfaces underneath got the same treatment. One flat theme background instead of layered panels, unified card and popover styling, and a typography scale that behaves like a scale, standardized across navigation, titles, lists, comments, and agent messages. On medium screens the secondary items collapse into an overflow popover. On phones the pipeline becomes a compact full-screen overlay instead of a squeezed row nobody can tap.

Triage without leaving the list

The Feedback Inbox now keeps a persistent inline detail layout, so you scan the list and read the item at the same time. The divider is draggable and the width is remembered between sessions on desktop. Metadata moved inline under the feedback title, status, severity, source, sentiment, and linked people and companies, which means most edits happen where you're already looking instead of two clicks away.

Themes get a Brief side and a Technical side

Theme Detail now has two tabs doing two different jobs. The Brief tab holds synthesized learnings and supporting evidence, which is what you want in front of a stakeholder. The Technical tab holds the Root Cause Hypothesis, sentiment KPIs, linked work items, and structured metadata, which is what you want when you're actually investigating.

Curation got faster around it. Theme titles and the Root Cause Hypothesis now auto-sync whenever a theme's Learning Card is regenerated or synthesized, so a theme doesn't quietly drift away from its own evidence. You can edit the hypothesis inline from the sidebar, link feedback into an existing theme or spin up a new theme from a piece of feedback, and jump from feedback to its theme in one click.

Agent chat reads like a conversation

The agent chat lost its cards. It's an editorial stream now, user messages right-aligned, subtle inline avatars, agent turns condensed instead of sprawling. Tool status lines group tighter and raw JSON is de-emphasized, so what you read is what happened rather than the payload that carried it.

Connecting an agent gets easier

Hosted OAuth with PKCE landed for external users, so connecting a third-party account no longer requires a service API key or a workspace and tenant ID to be dug out first. Setup guidance for IDE and agent clients caught up too, with Windows-safe command examples, OAuth metadata notes, and quick smoke checks so an install can be verified instead of assumed.

Underneath, long-lived connections got steadier. Older-style stream clients connect reliably again, idle but healthy streams are kept alive, and stale sessions get reclaimed automatically.

Dashboards show only what you asked for

Signal and KPI dashlets are hidden by default now, so a page starts quiet and you opt into the metrics you actually watch. A unified signal configuration flow, Campaigns included, is where that choice lives. KPI presentation itself got cleaner, with sparklines restored and clearer warnings when a metric or resolution looks off.
