Organize unclustered Problems without leaving the list

In Signals Problems, group by Topic Cluster and select Organize topics from the table or the Unclustered group. Nexus shows progress while the background task works through the workspace.

Pending proposals are grouped alongside open Problems. Proposals that match an existing Problem follow that Problem's topic and parent. Topic clusters also stay aligned when you create, restore, rename or delete a Capability, including workflows previously marked Emerging.
