Inbound feedback is now a live pipeline. New submissions appear in the inbox instantly without manual refresh, AI analysis (title, severity, type, sentiment) runs at submission, and AI-powered spam filtering plus better auto-categorization remove the obvious noise so triage focuses on what matters. Email aliases join the inbound list as a new connector, with a centralized Connections & Data hub to manage all inbound sources.

AI now helps you create Themes, high-confidence capability matches are pre-selected with confidence badges and rationale, and accepted suggestions are recorded in activity history. AI usage is observable too: an AI audit log lands in the Activity Ledger, background per-operation usage estimates are surfaced, and you can manually retry AI analysis from any feedback detail when needed.

Each module now remembers its own last-open tab, so switching between Insights, Feedback, Discovery, etc. doesn't reset your context. View formats (List vs Map, Vertical vs Horizontal) persist across the browser and in shareable URLs, when you send a link, the recipient sees the same layout. Right-click can be set to the app context menu or the native browser menu, and works reliably across the full map surface.

Switching across Strategy views (Graph, Tree, Wardley) is faster and flicker-free, and pan/zoom on large capability maps is smoother. New visibility toggles let you isolate Pillars, Bets, Opportunities, or Capabilities, a Focus Path action isolates vertical flows, and Strict Strategy Search hides unrelated branches to declutter results. The interactive capability legend filters by Health or Evolution stage, and visibility settings persist in the URL for shareable state.

Drag-and-drop on Kanban boards is restored across Insights and Discovery, cards now surface AI-inferred capability links, and you can drill into capability metadata from the Theme context. Stories gets Save Draft back, clearer save feedback, and immediate KPI updates after save. Themes gain a new Selected status to separate planning/triage from In Progress, and Merge Themes now happens inline in the Theme drawer with reliable transfer of feedback, labels, and capabilities.

CSV import for Capabilities arrives with column mapping (name, description, status), and parsing now handles Excel-exported quirks and bullet-separated fields so hierarchical capabilities import cleanly. Batch capability import adds only capabilities and their structure, existing Themes are left untouched. Capabilities can also be exported in JSON and Markdown for backups and offline review.

Click any Agent card to open an Agent Details slide-over with a real-time activity timeline and operation logs for quick investigation. The dashboard clearly marks idle/paused agents and surfaces live activity metrics, and system/agent logs include richer timelines for faster troubleshooting and audits.

Inline click-to-edit with auto-save now works for Opportunities, Bets, Pillars, and Insights, edits persist immediately without manual saves, and Bet details open reliably after edits. Admins can configure capability nesting depth (1-20) at the account level. Trends and sparklines are accurate (no artificial gaps or spikes), and built-in core metrics are now protected from accidental deletion.
