Planning
- New freeform Planning roadmap canvas that presents feedback themes as a strategic, draggable graph with horizontal strategy chains and branch depth—replacing the previous board-like prototype and maximizing usable page height.
- Dynamic prioritization using score-ranked Now, Next, Later clusters (approximate 20/30/50 distribution) so moving a theme on the canvas updates its horizon and syncs that rank into theme metadata in real time.
- Improved spatial behavior and layout: themes can be freely positioned, locally cluster into ordered stacks, and form proximity-based links without rigid snapping so teams can model strategy flow more naturally.
- Polished controls and chrome: Planning uses the standard graph settings and legend, horizon labels are positioned dynamically above nodes, and the workspace layout was optimized for readability and tuning (spacing, connections, and visual hierarchy).
Capabilities & Feedback graph styling and controls
- Unified, user-facing graph styling controls for Capabilities and Feedback graphs, now available from the standard graph controls bar — including color, border, and transparency controls for Health and Evolution values, and harmonized palettes aligned with the Changes graph visual language.
- Immediate visual feedback and quick actions: style changes (colors, border widths, transparency) apply instantly while adjusting, locked color/fill pairs are available by default, and an icon-only JSON copy export lets you capture current style settings in one click.
- Session persistence and organized dialogs: graph style and behavior preferences now persist for your browser session and Feedback graph settings are separated into standardized Style and Behavior dialogs for easier discovery.
- Rich typography and label controls: fine-grained settings for hero/composite/atomic labels (size, wrap, casing, weight, color, optional outlines) plus optional hero labels positioned outside the graph so large capability groups are readable at a glance.
- Zooming and rendering improvements: separate controls for stroke vs. label scaling, stable non-scaling label behavior, and improved responsiveness during zoom/drag so labels remain legible and interactions feel smoother.
- Better defaults and usability: updated light/dark palettes and typography tuned for readability, improved color-picker behavior, and unconfigured workspaces now render Health as healthy by default so graphs remain informative out of the box.
